I have been suffering from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) since 2012, and I have tried many different treatments and medications with no success. I moved to San Antonio from Austin in 2022 to pursue Ketamine treatment, but the doctor I was seeing there was very egotistical and uncaring. I felt like he just wanted the money, and he did not help me at all. Then I discovered Dr Tennessee Bailey and South Texas Ketamine, and everything changed. She is the most caring, compassionate, and understanding doctor I have ever met. She listened to me with empathy and patience, and explained everything about the ketamine treatment and how it could help me. She also gave me some tips and resources to cope with the isolation and depression that come with CRPS. She made me feel like I was not alone, and that she genuinely cared about my well-being. I have had two consultations and one ketamine infusion with Dr Bailey so far, and I have already felt a huge difference. The pain is much less intense, and I feel more relaxed and hopeful. I am looking forward to continuing the treatment with her, and I am confident that she will help me improve my quality of life. Thanks to her, I have more energy, more mobility, and more joy. Roslyn the scheduler and Dr Bailey went above and beyond today. What started out as confusion and almost me moving on to try a different location turned into a wonderful experience.
