They won’t give you spravato if you have bipolar but every other route of administration is okay? That is completely asinine. I would be able to receive it sublingually, intravenously, and intramuscularly while having bipolar but intranasal administration is not approved? Not to mention sublingual, intramuscular, and intravenous are ridiculously expensive. I don’t know if it’s greed or incompetence. This place left me hopeless again.

I've gone for over a year and a half and never experienced issues. I lost out on two appointments today due to policy changes that were not communicated. That's not customer service. Be aware and ask all questions.

I started coming here a few months ago and the therapy has really helped but you can get that anywhere. What you find here that you might not find elsewhere are qualified, kind, and professional care providers. After changing insurance providers, I was facing a pause in treatment. Tammy saved the day. I swear, she must've grabbed my insurance company by the ears and beat some sense into them because she moved mountains, got everything sorted, and got me an appointment in THE SAME DAY! On top of that, the office staff is always amazing. Jansen, Sarah, Carmen, Kelly, Christine, and all the rest have always been kind and caring in our interactions. If you're hurting, they are really here to help.

Ketamine therapy has done more for my depression than meds and therapy alone. The staff helped connect me with the right people to get the help I needed. I feel better than I ever have. Highly recommend

The NP Christine Nicola is awesome. She's very personable, kind, caring and funny. Her presence makes every visit more enjoyable and comforting. As far as the treatment goes, I have gained a more positive attitude towards life and more motivation/desire to do things in the last couple of weeks (which I really needed). They provide a lyft ride, candies, eye masks, and ear plugs.

Amazing experience from the start. The staff helps guide you throughout.
