Accessibility Statement
Last updated: February 9, 2026
Our Commitment
Ketamine Clinics USA is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to make our Site as inclusive as possible.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance Status
We believe the Site is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Substantially conformant” means that while some content may not yet fully comply, we are actively working toward full conformance.
Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the Site relies on the following technologies:
- HTML5 with semantic elements and ARIA landmarks.
- CSS for visual presentation and layout.
- JavaScript (React / Next.js) for interactive components.
- WAI-ARIA roles and properties for dynamic content.
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Accessibility Features
The Site includes the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard, including the photo gallery lightbox, search filters, and form controls.
- Visible focus indicators —
focus-visiblering styling on all focusable elements. - Semantic HTML — proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h6), landmark regions (main, nav, footer), and descriptive link text.
- ARIA labels — icon-only buttons and interactive elements have accessible names via
aria-label. - Color contrast — text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Reduced motion support — all animations and transitions respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query. - Responsive design — content reflows properly at all viewport sizes without loss of information or functionality.
- Form accessibility — all form inputs have associated labels, autocomplete attributes, appropriate input types, and inline error messages.
- Image alternatives — decorative images use empty alt attributes; informative images have descriptive alt text.
- 18px base font size — larger than standard for improved readability, particularly important for medical content.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may have limited accessibility:
- Embedded Google Maps — interactive maps rely on Google’s Maps JavaScript API, which has its own accessibility characteristics outside our direct control. We provide text-based addresses alongside all maps.
- Third-party review content — reviews sourced from Google may not always meet our accessibility standards. We display them with proper attribution and structure.
- PDF documents — if any linked PDFs are not fully accessible, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with:
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS).
- Screen magnification software.
- Speech recognition software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking).
- Operating system accessibility features.
