I received ECT therapy here and the experience was amazing. I was always involved in the process and I felt like they truly care about getting you to your best state of wellness. The staff was so caring and always made me feel at home. I just can’t say enough about this place, they are truly miracle workers.

Helpful and caring staff!

Staff is great. Dr. Johnson refused to answer questions, provide information, discuss treatment. When he was asked about specific concerns, I was cut off, and told he had all the information he needed to know and there was nothing more to discuss. Scary to say the least, coming from a psychiatrist. Don’t ask too many questions or you will be cut off as well. Insurance approval was not even submitted for 10 days after initial consultation, it takes up to 3 weeks for approval, so why did it take so long to even submit? I was told the information was never provided to the insurance person in their office. If you can find other place to get treatment do so.

After prep and explanation of outpatient procedure, I was told last minute that the anesthesiologist backed out due to other medical factors despite a medical team clearing me for treatment and offering insight/advice for said treatment. This team succeeded, however, in negating any hope I had left. Don't consider this office if you want your hope left intact.

I am moving toward the end of my TMS treatments. All 36 sessions. After just a few weeks, I have noticed a huge improvement in my mental health. The sessions are very short, and the commitment to the length of time is well worth the end result. I am very grateful for Phoenix Mental Health and the staff.

I’ve been treated by some of the best psychiatrist’s in the world, including The Menninger Clinic. Dr. Johnston and Dr. Martinez are both on that list. They are among the top 1% that have made it their lifelong goal to effectively treat the hardest cases of them all, refractory and treatment resistant.

Today is a sweet, blessed day. I have successfully completed 36 Transmagnetic Stimulation treatments. Isaiah has assisted me with all 36. To the staff at a Phoenix Mental Health, especially Isaiah and Dr. Johnston, thank you for your gentleness and encouragement. Thank you for treating my brain as if it was the most precious thing you. To the Ketamine staff, Dr. Martinez and my sweet, sweet Iris who makes everything run smoothly without complaint, Your grace and kindness remains true and genuine. I recognize all the hardwork. You are a true gift to Phoenix Mental Health.

PMH is a very friendly judgement free zone. They explain each procedure throughly.all employees from check-in through procedure compassionate and caring. Definitely would suggest if you are in need.
