The billing department is atrocious. I was told since I had a misunderstanding with my insurance for 1 date of service that I would be able to pay the allowable amount. When I got to the front desk they said it couldn’t be done ( which is a lie, there’s no contract for private pay it’s at the discretion of the facility ). I have to pay an extra $150 because they wouldn’t honor the same rate.

Wasted over 4 months of my time and energy to be told that they can’t help me. Never conveyed that they only prescribe medication when I told them many times I do not want medication. You would think they would let me know in my intake and during my appointments that I should go somewhere else. Wasted months of my time and poured my heart out to not even be helped out. Very frustrating and depressing! Thanks!

I had an appointment with them and I couldn't make i cancelled. They sent me a bill for 150. Understandable.... I rescheduled and thought my appointment was at 1030. It wasn't, it was at 1020. I showed up at 1030. The front desk lady told she was just about to call me. I was late and had to reschedule. Policy is 10 mins and I was late by that. 🙄. Like really I am coming to y'all to get help and you have to rs me. She didn't even try to see if the dr was okay with seeing me. Then they want to sent me another bill for 300. Yea no I'm good on trying to rs to come back. We go to them because we need help. I got no help whatsoever.

I love Dr. Carlos Aleman. He is very nice and very professional and smart when it comes to my mental health. He is awesome and very attentive to how I am and have been doing and all the staff are very kind and respectful. The office is very neat and clean and relaxing.

I've had two appointments so far. To date, they've just kept the exact treatment plan my previous provider established, but charged me more for less frequent, shorter appointments. They have offered other treatment "options" that are prohibitively expensive, but haven't taken the time to get to know anything about me, my past, or my current situation. The facility is clean and professional. The office staff are very friendly and seem to want to help, but I have, so far, been dissatisfied with the level of care, especially for the cost.

I was greeted by the receptionist, she made you feel comfortable and is super friendly. Mrs. Beth was kind, attentive and patient. Great atmosphere. I definitely would recommend this place.
