My son was seeing Melanie Hutchinson, her demeanor always being annoyed and uninterested. My son has been going thru a lot, obviously and hasn't seen her in a while. He gets an email from her, was it her being concerned and checking in?? NO, of course not, It was letting him know he owed money. All good tho, he's found someone that truly has compassion with a fantastic bedside manor. ✌️out

I’ve been seeing Khyati for almost 2 years now and the experience has been wonderful. She listens, takes great consideration with prescriptions, and is efficient. Most recently, I was experiencing major issues with my insurance and getting a refill for a medication that has been extremely helpful and Khyati and the staff were so accommodating. Khyati personally spoke with pharmacy staff for almost half an hour to assist me. She also personally called me to follow up, ensure all was ok, and offer further support. This team truly values and cares for their patients. I’m beyond appreciative!

Brighter life have been a life line for me

I'm more than happy to share my positive experience with this practice. It's unfortunate that people are more likely to leave negative reviews than positive ones. A single mishap can lead to a scathing review, without considering the bigger picture. Thankfully, I've had nothing but excellent care from my providers, particularly Pooja Patel and Haneen Al-Sheikh. Every practice has its strengths and weaknesses, but the response time here is notably faster than others I've encountered.

Terrible experience within the 2+ years that I have gone to brighter life. I am now with my third NP (not actual psychiatrist would be nice, but they know how to crank out appointments at this place) The switching doctors was there doing not mine, it was only made out of the convenience for their scheduling. -They make scheduling complicated The NP We’ll join the telehealth 8 to 9 minutes after it Has started. This is a common occurrence There have been times to were it has been so late to where I wasn’t available because it was 10+ minutes after the appointment. And they decided to help me pay for the late bill. -Multiple medication’s have not been sent over to pharmacy Properly -And I have never had an appointment last longer than 10 minutes -I have asked repeatedly to have appointments every few months since I have been on the same medication for years, they refuse to do so, And strong arm you into seeing them less than 30 days. (To be fair If I was able to charge $200+ for less than a 10minute ‘session’ I would probably entertain the idea Overall terrible quality of services rendered. This company gives a bad name to psychiatric care
