August 2019 my brother received 6 ketamine infusions from Dr. Vikas Patel to treat his medication resistant depression. He lost all motivation to live life and couldn't get out of bed. Those six treatments seemed to rewire his brain to live life again. It's now 2025 and my brother has now worked for 6 years and owns his own home. The depression is still there but medication is working and it's under control. This clinic and Dr. Patel saved my brother's life. Can't thank you enough for helping my brother.

MKC has some very nice people. They have done a lot for me, and helped me. However, if you are a non responder to ketamine they are not able to provide referrals, not able to recommend further treatment and are generally not connected to other provider resources. Some staff that no longer works there was not very kind to me. The main doctor is just okay- over explains things and makes it complicated at times, overwhelming but he really cares and has good intentions. Colleen is great, she’s been very lovely for me. Been with them many years and they have certainly changed over that time. Facility needs a makeover. I think my case is just really complex, and that makes it hard to treat. I would recommend them overall especially with the current staff.

This is not just a job to them, it’s a passion to help those with TRD and other diagnoses. Dr Patel, Mike, Colleen and Tessa are all very knowledgeable, and are never too busy to sit with you until all your questions or concerns are answered. Mike, the Physician’s Assistant (PA) is a huge asset to this organization. His dedication shows in his diligent follow up calls, prompt response to emails and texts, and his (seems like) 24/7 availability. My family and I are very grateful for the life changing services they provide.

I hit a point in my life I needed to heal I was having the hardest time functioning my head was so loud. Once I started ketamine treatment my life became to change for the better, I was able to addressed unprocessed emotions with the assistance of ketamine it made processing pain/trauma not as painful and The staff is always by your side. Dr Patel and his staff are very patient and handle you with care I couldn’t thank them enough for helping save me I have completely recovered from my depression. I also love that they offer iv vitamin bags that really helped me after my ketamine treatments. I highly recommend them they really helped save me!!!

The staff is absolutely incredible and super accommodating. They want their patients to feel better in any way that they can. They gave me recommendations for specialists outside of their field when I needed a new doctor. They spend as much time with you as you need and are more than willing to change medicines from the “norm”. That way your treatment helps you as much as it possibly can. I have been going for chronic migraines about once a month for a little over a year and a half now. The infusions along with the nose spray have made my pain significantly more tolerable. I would recommend them to anyone looking into ketamine or people with chronic pain. If you are a hard stick when it comes to IVs they are absolutely amazing!
