I love this office! I see Dr. Tola virtually for my psychiatric needs and she’s absolutely the best. She’s kind and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have a really complex health situation and she really understands it all and works with me to have my needs met. I was also able to visit the office in person to get TMS treatment. I was so nervous about it and scared it was going to hurt but everyone in the office was so kind and caring which immediately helped me feel better. Also with the new machine they use, the TMS treatment didn’t hurt at all and helped my panic attacks within weeks. I would highly recommend Dr. Tola and this office.

Not happy… Booked a laser hair appointment over the phone but I had received no information or reminders about it the day prior, so I called and it turns out they hadn’t even put that appointment on the calendar. Booked another and I asked if there’s anything I should do before the appointment (knowing that I need to shave 24hr before because I’ve had laser done before) and the lady on the phone said nope nothing! Next day I turn up for my appointment only to get a message 4 minutes before that it had been cancelled. I understand people get sick, but letting me know 4 minutes before the appointment?!

I’ve lost weight and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Mairead is amazing—not only as a professional but also as a person. She’s always following up and making sure I’m on track and doing well. Her support and guidance have been invaluable throughout this journey. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real change!
