Dr Kaster is one of the most caring Drs. He listens to your concerns. He has offered more solutions to me in a two year timeframe than other Drs. I’ve been seeing for 10+ years. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him.

If this review is about Dr. Bruce Kaster, then all I can say is he is the most genuine psychiatrist I have met in about 27 years. If I could just coerce him to take me on :--}. He is a genius with pharmacology, suggestions, and explaining the rationale behind all my medical questions. Dr. Kaster and his team have always created a safe and comfortable environment for my ketamine treatments. He is extremely professional, kind and compassionate. Ketamine is truly a life saver for people struggling with severe depression and anxiety. When medication hasn’t helped, ketamine gives you your life back.

I struggled with depression for years. It gradually became severe. I tried therapy and different medications. Nothing I tried was very effective. I read about ketamine and contacted Dr. Kaster. Dr. Kaster and his staff were knowledgeable and caring. After an evaluation, I was approved for Ketamine therapy. They were very thorough in learning how I was responding to the treatments before, after, and in between each session. Ketamine made my depression much less severe and allowed me to think clearly enough to deal with my issues. I believe it saved my life.

Bruce's office is inviting, comfortable, and not like other medical offices that are cold and you're treated like an object on an assembly line. His staff are phenomenal and from personal experience, they are very knowledgeable, professional and quick during an emergency. They're all very caring, the know what they're doing. I just can't say enough about them except go yourself and you WILL have a really good experience. His treatments work! God Bless them for their work and actually caring for you as an individual amd not like a number or just another patient.

I reached out to Dr. Kaster in regard to my teenage son who was struggling very badly with anxiety and depression. We had tried multiple medications, none of which seemed to help. When I called Dr. Kaster, it was late at night after my son had to go to the ER because he was so depressed. To my surprise, he called me the next day, which was a Saturday! He listened to me. He listened to my son's history. He agreed to see and treat him with ketamine therapy, but he also provided us with the name of a psychiatrist to contact so that we could get a second opinion. Dr. Kaster and ketamine therapy has been life changing for our son and our family. Everyone involved - the nurses (Matt and Olivia) are phenomenal and make you feel welcomed, safe and cared for. I would recommend Dr. Kaster and Ketamine Greater Boston to anyone who has been battling depression and struggling to find effective treatment.

I have called this center 3 times to request info and I get an automated voice message and have not gotten a response. I am thinking it is not a legitimate center. When someone calls for help, someone should always get back within 24 hours as that person may be in crisis. This to me is not a center I would go to for therapy purposes as they show lack of care in responding to potential clientele. There is no excuse good enough. If you can’t respond get out of the business.
