I went to Dr. Miller for months and spent thousands at her office. I have called numerous times and emailed for my medical records in order to continue my care; however, she hasn’t taken the time to get back to me.

It has been 16 months since I finished my course of Ketamine infusions with Dr. Miller. Everything about my experience was positive, I found her to be professional, explaining everything, and she had a very warm manner. The infusions were amazingly effective and I am back to my old self, no longer paralyzed by PTSD. If I ever need to repeat the treatment I’d absolutely return to Veritas. I have to say that I don’t think it’s fair that one disgruntled patient is allowed to post negative reviews under three different user names but I trust most people will see right through those reviews.

a khole could be a big part of the experience..you gotta except that and mabey you can let go and not worry soo much. and just enjoy thee ride and any after..its a introspectactive experience you take away what you put in from it..if your not at an excepting place and not in a positive mindframe before the treatment than i wouldnt suggest you proceed with it. you gotta except the fact you might not be in control of how you are feeling while under the effects the Ketamine...i need some infusions. this Dr. sounds fantastic.

My wife and I went there to try the new treatments that was supposed to help her, got there the doctor trying diagnosed with something my wife never had. She stuck my wife with IV multiple times not only did she do that, the way she treat us afterwards was so bad come to find she may have gave her too much. I will never recommend this place ever to anyone she’s not good at all.

Posting this anonymously, which is why there's no name. I had a great experience with Dr. Miller and my intake appt with Nick Rotolo. The facility is very comfortable and clean. Dr. Miller was extremely accommodating to my schedule and very kind. The infusions are intense experiences but I definitely have felt better since completing all 6.

I had a ketamine infusion with Dr. Miller (The only medical doctor at this establishment) this morning. The IV was a bit of an ordeal. She stuck my left hand, which didn’t take. Then she stuck my right hand, which apparently didn’t work either. So she stuck my left arm. Five minutes into the infusion the room started spinning. It was incredibly unpleasant so I asked her to stop it. She did, but I wanted no more. I wanted her to pull it out of my arm. I asked her to but she just stood there staring at me. I started to feel trapped so I then told her too. Again, she wouldn’t do it. I had to basically yell at her to take it out. I told her I would rip it out myself. So she finally took it out. I started panicking a little, wondering what the hell had happened. My skin was kind of numb and the room was still spinning. She had told me there would not be unpleasant side effects like that. I was wondering if I was going to be OK. Rather than empathizing, she seemed annoyed, defensive, and dismissive. “you got nothing...nothing. So there’s no way the ketamine could be responsible.” She later contradicted that by saying I got 20% of the dose. I told her I didn’t want to continue. She told me I needed to talk to a therapist and learn to let go. Then asked if I was going to see friends this week, then added to that question “do you have friends?” And even though she stuck me three times, only used 20% of the ketamine, and only treated me for a fourth of the time, proceeded to charge me the full 550 cash. Any one of these things I could understand/justify/look over. But all of them together? I would suggest that you find another provider.
