Go here if you want to try to make an appointment but the say you can’t because you have insurance you don’t actually have and you have to get the insurance you don’t have to send a letter stating that you don’t have them as an insurance company. The worst psychiatry office.

I could not be more pleased with the entire experience I have had at GPW in Clayton. From the calm atmosphere to the amazing therapist I am seeing. For me, this has been life changing. All positive! If you need mental health support, do not hesitate to reach out.

Starting to feel as if this practice is a scam. It’s been over a month of getting the run around, yesterday I had an appt and the provider didn’t even initiate the call. I had to reschedule with zero explanation. The communication is so poor, it’s really disappointing.

I’m really not sure how they’re still open. The operations side of things are a disaster. Appointments are regularly canceled hours before. Scheduling is terrible so the soonest they can reschedule for is weeks later. Good luck getting ahold of someone to make the new appointment after they cancel it. This isn’t a hair appointment or something that can just be pushed off. They are canceling last minute for things they knew about way ahead of time like vacations. You are playing with people’s lives.

Kiera is wonderful!!! She listens to you, offers her best advice and really cares about her patients. I feel very comfortable in her care and all the staff at GPW!

I have seen Dr Slade in Clayton for several visits. She is wonderful and listened to me to find a treatment plan individualized to me! Highly recommend!
