I have been diagnosed with major treatment resistant depression and sucidal ideation also a alcoholic. Sucidal ideation and alcohol both stopped after first treatment. None of my doctors before could help me. I was told all options were exhausted. Had to find them on my own and I'm so glad I did. I have been very informed about what they were gonna do and how it works. They saved my life. Had to pay upfront but insurance is going to reimburse.

I am suffering from deep depression. It took a lot for me to seek help. After scheduling my first appointment online, I was not able to get a hold of anybody from the office to confirm my initial appointment and get my questions answered. I called 5 times and left 2 voice mails and they never got back to me. They do not seem to care about people who are suffering. I feel discouraged about seeking help because it hurts to feel ignored and abandoned when I finally had the courage to take a step forward for my mental health. This is a red flag. If you treat your new patients this way then I couldn’t imagine how you treat your existing patients. I’m not going to waste my money with this clinic. I will take my business elsewhere.
