Thrive - and the exceptional staff literally saved my life. I was struggling with suicidal thoughts and tendencies and since starting Ketamine therapy those thoughts and feelings are non- existent. The staff is compassionate, calming, supportive, and most of all they have your best interest in their hands. They always meet with you prior to the infusion to evaluate how you are doing and feeling. I've been on antidepressants for over 30 years and this is the first treatment that has changed my mental health forever. I will be forever indebted to this team.. Thank you for saving my life!!!!

I had been researching Ketamine therapy for over a year for treatment resistant depression. After doing my research and looking at other facilities, I decided to move forward with Thrive Center for Health and it was one of the best decisions I have made. They were very attentive and informative every step of the way. The staff was kind and made me feel safe all times- something I think is very important during ketamine therapy for you to fully be able to unwind and commit to the treatment. I feel like I have gotten my life back and am so grateful for this experience.

They don’t bill insurance for the actual ketamine injections. They were not clear with me on that and it caused a lot of time and money (rearranging schedules and paying $50 for round trip Uber ride). Then I received an unsolicited text basically telling me I was crazy and wrong for saying I was given wrong information. How can someone “assure” me the right information was shared if they weren’t present? Now I notice $20 taken from my bank account with no warning or bill! I didn’t get ketamine and was told my insurance did cover all the rest w/o a copay! The staff was very nice. I give them that.

The process - I felt I had thorough information, open communication and access to staff for any questions to help set my expectations. More importantly I felt physically and emotionally safe / guided, and still felt a sense of agency over my treatment journey. The staff - the people are really what made this treatment option feel right for me. They are intelligent and professional, but most of all they treated me with care and gentleness in every appointment and interaction. There is a level of sensitivity and personal support this team showed me, more than any other group of clinicians I've ever been around. They helped educate me so that I could make an empowered decision and feel safe enough to relax and be open to the potential benefits. The space - clean, tranquil, and comforting. The windows in the treatment rooms look out to a peaceful wooded area I am really thankful to this team for stepping up and supporting me during a very vulnerable and delicate time in life, that nobody necessarily "wants" to embark on. But with their help, I felt safe, secure, and supported enough to feel my feelings and let a little light in.

My experience with Thrive Center for Health has been nothing short of amazing so far. The staff goes above and beyond to support you in your healing journey. Whenever I have a question someone always has a good answer, they don’t ever make you feel rushed and provide a space to feel relaxed and calm which is exactly the kind of environment that you want to be in. They also genuinely care about how you’re doing.

All the doctors and nurses are dedicated to tailoring treatment to the individual patient. Dr. Masterson has gone above and beyond helping me treat my depression and anxiety. I only have good things to say. If you have tried everything and it hasn’t worked please don’t give up and see how they might be able to help you.They know their stuff and are up to date on current research. They are very accommodating with my limited schedule.

Going downhill. I've worked with them for three years, and had some solid success in the beginning. Last February, they cut off at-home ketamine prescriptions abruptly; some of the other medications they put me on had terrible effects before, but were meant to synergize with the at-home ketamine. They had no plan in place, and I wound up hospitalized. They went on to prescribe several other medications, which also had terrible effects leading to several hospitalizations. The final straw, was when they messed up the forms for bloodwork. I asked for one more meeting to get refills on lithium (the only thing that's helped so far), and a referral to a different provider. Instead, they abruptly sent me a discharge letter from the practice.

Wonderful people work here. Everyone is so nice and caring, and makes me feel so much better doing treatments here than my last clinic. You can tell that they care, and once you get into a routine with ket therapy, they remember the routines you have ♡ I think the staff are all wonderful people.

I finished my 6th session today at Thrive. My treatment was for chronic pain from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. After treatment my chronic pain from these issues was down from continuous 5/10 and above to 2-3/10. My acute pain from foot and ankle injury/surgery didn’t go down as much but my improved mental outlook helped to cope with them. Special Thanks to Katelyn who got me started.
