NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! Dr. Ashley Jonna was horrible, overprescribed me meds, and called the cops because I told her I wanted information on the safety of antipsychotics. The front desk constantly harasses you and is very unfriendly.

The office staff is great and the nurse practitioner Mead is very intelligent and a great listener. He takes his time with patients and genuinely cares.
Dr A is a highly knowledgeable and compassionate psychiatrist. They take the time to listen carefully, explain treatment options clearly, and tailor care to my specific needs. I feel supported and understood at every appointment, clinical expertise with genuine empathy, creating an environment where I feel heard and respected. They are thorough in their evaluations, explain medication options and potential side effects in clear detail, and collaborate with me on my treatment plan. Their professionalism, accessibility, and dedication to patient well-being make them outstanding. I would recommend without hesitation. I truly appreciate their professionalism and expertise.
Tesa the receptionist is terrible and very unprofessional. She makes your appointments and when you arrive at your scheduled time she tells you that she booked it at a later time. She also stays on the phone for 5-10 min before she speaks to you or checks you in . Beware!!!!
The receptionist pissed me she sent me new patient forms through my email and then stated that the forms had links that I could fill out online and send back. I clicked on the links and it automatically download to my phone. I called to tell her I couldn't digitally filled it out electronically. She argued with me and stated she sent the links and that I had to change the format and send it back. She wasn't helpful at all so I canceled my appointment. I do not recommend this place to anyone. She is unprofessional and not pleasant to talk to.
Horrible The State needs to come out there ….
Staff unprofessional they call you and hang up with out leaving a message then get mad at you when you don’t call back if you don’t leave a message how can I call back great doctors rest of staff have very bad attitudes
Dr. Almaat has been a pleasure to deal with. I have been going here for over a year. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. I was resistant to all the medications. Dr Almaat started to offer spravato and recommended I try it. I am near the end of my treatment and I am not plagued by horrible thoughts any more. I must say I have had a good experience at this office.
The doctor did not answer my questions. I had been asked to slowly been weaned off a medication and he said stop it at once, which the pharmacist my other doctor and Google all agree is hazardous. I left the office before the appointment was over I was so disgusted.
Front desk whenever I need something they are warm and accommodating.. I'm a new patient to the office and Dr Almaat has helped me feel better and started me on a new path. Office is inviting. I recommend this place for any mental services! Thank u
