I got misdiagnosed and loaded with so much medication. Any concerns I brought up were completely ignored and any requests were met with a "I'm the psychiatrist" attitude. Do not recommend and I'm not the only one that got misdiagnosed here

I was terrified to see a psychiatrist and go on any sort of medication. I’d tried a few in the past and had the opposite effects I needed. The first time talking to Erin I knew I was where I was supposed to be. She is so kind and caring and I immediately felt comfortable. We have found a treatment plan that has taken me from despair and given me hope. Erin and Karolina are two of the most amazing women I have ever met and I owe my life and my newfound joy to them. Thank you thank you thank you 🥰🥰🥰

I love this place, In the past a couple years ago when I fell into a huge depression I had the worst experience with psychiatrists and therapists, so I took a long break for a few years and when I got out of that dark hole the only problem was my anxiety I have struggled with anxiety sense 5th grade and it’s horrible. I decided that I would try a new place with a psychiatrist and therapy, I found this place and was scared at first because my past with therapist and psychiatrist, my first appointment I had Avery he is an amazing psychiatrist. I felt really comfortable my first appointment my mom ended up trying to go too and she told me that she never felt more comfortable with a psychiatrist before, unlike the other psychiatrist i seen in the past I had he actually cares about what medicine I’m on or what he gives me instead of just throwing medicine at me he chooses the best choice and safest kind and cares about what I’m dealing with and takes it serious. Also to mention the front office lady, She is so sweet she always compliments me and my mom! The place has really good people and they show how much they care, I had a moment a little panic attack there in the front office lady is so sweet comforted me, gave me a talk and even gave me a hug ❤️ i definitely recommend going here if you want to seek help or need it amazing people who know what they are doing and will help you!

This practice is very attentive to my needs as a patient. Always answers messages quickly. Very knowledgeable about medication management. I highly recommend this practice!

I came here after going through a traumatic experience and having friends and family recommend me to try therapy. I was put in an appointment with a person who just tried to give me a blood pressure medication for my anxiety. I let them know I didn’t want meds and try to get some good coping skills instead for my anxiety so I saw their therapist. I unfortunately didn’t get anything out of therapy I just was basically told to talk and at the end of it was told I’d be emailed some coping skills. I didn’t receive those coping skills till 2 weeks later and overall none of this was helpful for my issues. My problem with this place is actually not with the fact that I didn’t benefit from what they offer but their deplorable office staff and communication. This particular metal health facility is not very accommodating with any paperwork of any kind a requires 6 months of evaluating you to give you anything while many other places are much more helpful and will try for you. They refuse to work with you on any paperwork and I had to go to a primary care doctor to go back to work. Other doctors offices are far kinder and willing to help and offer more support. On top of that this place only does text and will take forever to respond, their staff will directly ignore messages if they don’t feel like answering them. You can call but you’ll never get an answer unless you say you need an urgent call back. The staff here was so rude and honestly hurt my feelings at a really bad stage in my life where I needed support. I had my boyfriend next to me listening to a call where they spoke to me and he was appalled with how they were speaking to me. Even beyond this their billing and communication on that is awful. I’ve gotten five bills for 2 visits. I am receiving bills months later. I was told my copay wouldn’t be that bad and they require payment BEFORE your appointment but days before it which is unusual for a doctors office. I paid 2 bills of 25 before the appointments but have received other bills coming to a total of 345 dollars. The staff is not transparent about anything they try to get you in there and this place charges insane pricing for people who aren’t even doctors. Overall I’m just so disappointed that this place does anything with mental health considering how unhelpful, uncommunicative, expensive, and rude their staff are. I can’t blame the nurse practitioners or therapist for not being able to help but their staff made it such a negative experience that I think they should deeply consider the way the talk to their patients. I may never go to a place like this again due to this experience unfortunately. Also an honorable mention is when staff told me I wasn’t following their medical advice when I didn’t go on medication even though the person I saw told me it was optional and I had expressed since the beginning that I don’t plan to handle my anxiety with med since I have career aspirations this could affect. It definitely seemed like staff was bitter and shouldn’t be talking to patients about that. I also want to say that I waited months to make this review to make sure that how I was feeling about this place stuck. I didn’t just go on here to hate about this place but instead to warn people who are considering being patients here. Also to hopefully alarm whoever owns this place and maybe help staff work on being more supportive.

Dr. Jones sticks with you when trying to find the right medication which always makes me feel better after our session. I’ve been seeing her about 2 years. She doesn’t give up, and has a wonderful demeanor! :)

Great office and Erin Jones takes her time with her patients and gets to know them. I highly recommend this office.
