Dr Z is amazing!

Make sure you never tell your TMS tech the truth about what’s going on in your life. There were 2 techs I truly felt comfortable with Sophia and Anne. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Request them they’re great! Otherwise tread lightly. You will be judged and treated poorly from there on out. I’m not one to give low reviews for healthcare or any business for that matter. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been treated with respect and true concern and empathy from T.J. Tripp. I would highly recommend Serenity to those seeking help.

Horrible. I scheduled an appointment, walked in just to be told there was nothing on the schedule. Aware of the limited slots available, I expressed how important it was for me to get on medication when scheduling. So now serenity mental health is leaving me to suffer with my mental health & cannot accommodate me after their mistake.

Staff is friendly and responsive.

I had an excellent experience here. I was very nervous for my appointment due to not having any knowledge about the process of getting diagnosed and also sharing my history of what I experience but the moment I walked in, Tia at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was professional the entire time. The entire staff has a very positive attitude and provides a warm welcome to everyone. Mikayla is very personable and easy to talk to so it was a relief to share what I go through day to day with a person like her. Im glad I made the choice to finally schedule an appointment with this location.
