Lighthouse Psychiatry Brain Health Center — Ketamine Clinic in Gilbert, AZ

Filled out an enrollment form online after finding this place on my insurance portal and received a call the next day to schedule. Angelica was very knowledgeable and helped get us scheduled with someone who took our insurance as well as talked briefly about the type of counseling we were looking for. Found an appointment within the month that worked for my wife and I. She sent us a email with our appointment information to. We had our daughter’s first therapy appointment this week. Arrived early and was greeted when walking in. Angelica turned out to be the one checking us in. There was another girl in scrubs standing behind the front but seemed to maybe work in another area. We didn’t catch her name but was really nice as well. Once done, we were directed to a waiting area where there was some stuff for my daughter to do while we waited for her provider, toys books and some coloring. There is coffee, tea and water in the waiting room which was nice. We went back, the provider was on time, had our session which seemed pretty standard for a first appointment. The provider seemed really nice and walked us through everything. Our daughter felt comfortable and was able to say a few things to. There was a few papers to sign and we made a plan for goals. They took us back to the front when our appointment was over and let us know what they recommended for future time. Angelica helped us through scheduling multiple appointments that fit into our schedule. She answered all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed even though she was the only person there at the time. This was just our first visit but overall a good experience. Recommend if you want friendly staff and an overall positive experience.

As I arrived, the uncensored club music with little kids running around listenting to it seemed odd. After speaking with the receptionist (who I assume was having a bad day) I was told to sit down after showing up 40 minutes early as requested. When I was called back, the counselor was fine (too soon to tell). When I asked to use the restroom I was informed that it was for employees only. As I was leaving, the recpetionist was having a conversation with a coworker. She glared at me after I waited patinetly at the counter for upwards of 30 seconds and asked "Do you need something?". I will not be going back.

I have been working with Carol and Tiffany for around 2 years now. I have faced so many issues in my life and wasn't sure I would ever be able to face any issue, let alone all of them. Carol took on my PTSD and has made so much progress. I didnt think it was possible, but she changed everything for me. I cannot speak any higher about anyone as I do Carol and Tiffany. I would strongly recomend Light House Psychiatry and Carol or Tiffany to anyone.

My family has been patients for over a year now. We work with Kristine Murdock, Melissa Ramirez, Casey Blonde, and Miroslav llieff for medication management. We also work with Zachariah Clay, and Andrew McGrevy for therapy. We absolutely love each of them. They are all truly incredible people who go out of their way for their patients. They listen and the communication is more than we could ask for. Thank you Lighthouse for having incredible Dr's at your facility.

We are happy to have a Doctor who LISTENS to his client and tries to find solutions through open dialogue and inclusivity.

Edit: ended up unethical and blurted my medication out in the lobby. Still found some value Above and beyond help! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Do not go here, this was the worst experience ever. They lie to you, steal your money, and refuse to prescribe you/do their job. The provider I saw spent an hour lecturing me because she disagreed with the opinions of my previous providers. You also have to get hooked up (to test bp I think?) before you see a provider. They do not take you to a private room either. I was wearing only a bra under my sweatshirt, and they still had me remove it in what was essentially the corner of the waiting room. Then, I never got my prescription despite the provider assuring me she would send it to my pharmacy following receiving proof of medical history from my previous provider. The prescription never got filled. I spent over the next month calling this office, trying to figure out what the miscommunication was. Initially, they said my last providers claimed I was not a previous patient. I called my last provider's office and they assured me this was NOT the case. I called Lighthouse back again and they then said that they would not be able to send the prescription until I scheduled a drug test with them and it came back clean. Keep in mind that same week my insurance ran out, which was what I had been worried about. They took my money and gave me nothing in return except for a negative experience and completely wasted my time. BTW, out of ALL the times I called them, they picked up only twice. Most of the time I was sitting around waiting for a call or leaving voicemails. Update: Thankfully, I’ve since started a new insurance plan. I reached out to a provider recommended through an online community forum, and I’m scheduled to see her next week. The past few months without medication have taken a real toll on my mental health. (For what it’s worth, multiple people in the forum shared that they had really negative experiences with Lighthouse.)
