This is an amazing place and everyone here is so nice and helpful. You can tell that they really care and I always look forward to seeing them. The rooms are so comfortable too and adjustable and there are so many areas to choose from. I just love the aesthetics. The staff here help in any way possible and explain and show you everything you need to know. They also give you privacy and just let you try to relax and I just really feel welcome and cozy here - and as someone whos quiet, shy and usually an anxious mess, from the first visit I was a lot less so. I can easily recommend this place and the people there! 😊

I've had a fantastic experience with the Star Behavioral Health team and my provider Heather Saunders. Everyone I've encountered has been welcoming, engaging, and friendly. I feel that my concerns and needs are heard and acted on appropriately. This is the best experience I've had with behavioral health in the Roanoke metro.
