Vanessa is always very kind and easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable of my needs and has helped me on my journey evenly.

I have been working with Vanessa for almost 5 years to manage all my meds. She’s the best hands down!!! She LISTENS!!! She’s PATIENT!!! And you can just tell she really cares about getting her patients the right meds. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Of all three other ketamine facilities we have frequented this is hands down the least supportive environment for the friends or families of the client. There is no where to sit for the two hours you are supposed to wait, and the staff treat you as if you’re in the way. Simple thoughtfulness or kindness could improve this stressed environment. I have noticed several drivers for the clients pacing the halls, and being made to feel uncomfortable.

Ketamine has been a life saver. Love all the staff.
