Beyond blessed and fortunate to have found Serenity Mental Health Center. My provider, Ms. Kendra, is absolutely amazing. She is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and truly focused on making her patients feel safe and understood at all times. I couldn’t ask for a better mental health professional.

After starting TMS therapy, I’ve seen major improvements in my mood and energy levels. The staff is amazing, and I feel well taken care of during every visit.

Dr Kendra is amazing. She takes time to listen and seeks to understand everything about you. She is also assertive when prescribing medication and only does it if it's really necessary.

Love, love, love!!! I didn’t come in contact with anyone that didn’t posses a genuine, friendly smile. Not only are they nice people, they’re really informative, helpful, and thoughtful!

My experience with this mental health company was racist and deeply disturbing. Instead of receiving professional and unbiased care, I was met with dismissive behavior and comments that were clearly rooted in racial bias. I was spoken to in a way that felt stereotypical and demeaning, and my concerns were minimized in a manner that I strongly believe would not have happened if I were not a person of color. The lack of cultural awareness and respect was obvious and unacceptable—especially in a mental health setting where safety, trust, and dignity are essential. Beyond the racism, the company demonstrated poor communication, unclear policies, and an overall lack of accountability. I left feeling invalidated, emotionally harmed, and disrespected. Racism has no place in mental health care. I would strongly warn others—particularly people of color—to think carefully before seeking services here and to consider providers who truly value equity, respect, and ethical treatment. DO NOT ATTEND !! I will also send This to the entire medical Center !!!!!

Dr. Muhammad Akhtar is highly professional, I don’t feel like a number in his office. It’s like going to see your favorite uncle every 3 months. I feel at easy in his clinic, his staff is absolutely helpful. Please sir, don’t you change location on me.

TMS therapy has given me hope again. The staff is professional and supportive, and I’m seeing real improvements in my depression.
