They hang up on phone calls, office communicates poorly every single time, they call multiple times to tell you something that was already communicated or even “schedule” you an appointment that doesn’t even happen. I am tired of dealing with this. I’ve been with them for 4 years, first two were amazing but I have been more than patient.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life. The TMS treatments that I did have been a tremendous help. Zach was my technician and I enjoyed visiting with him. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable especially on days I was not feeling my greatest. I would recommend this to anyone who has problems with depression. I am even off one of my medications. It is very much worth the time and money.

Rebecca has, literally, saved my life. She is brilliant! Through, treating areas of my brain, that are not functioning properly with medication and counseling, I am better off than I was before asking Dr. Kazi and Rebecca to PLEASE help me. This office offers many procedures, counseling, and licensed mental heath professionals, who are patient, so understanding and determined to find answers for improving mental health. I am so grateful for Rebecca, Dr. Kazi and all who work at Mid-Cities!

I have been with midcities since 2016. Lately things have gone downhill and I feel very discarded after a recent attempt. I had to go to IOP and I could not get in with my doctor as normal once I was out. I tried to see someone new and the office kept getting confused if it was one person or the other called to scheduele one appointment with jane or one with nelson. I let them know I wanted to talk to my provider as no one was on the same page. The front office and doctors are not communicating well at all/very disorganized. The turnover per the person who filled out my paperwork for IOP has been bad lately for the staff due to work life balance, and if you get off their books you will lose your spot at the practice. Not expecting special treatment, but id hope to have way more support and safety after my what I went through. Now I am trying to see a new doctor and they already locked me out of my portal so I can't get any documents for a quick investigation on how to adjust or keep my meds. I dont even trust them for a quick turn around on medical records now. I feel so defeated.
