Update: I have now been a patient of Dr Malchow for over a year and if I could give 10 stars I would. I have never met such a kind, compassionate doctor and office staff in my life. I fully trust Dr Malchow and the staff to give me the absolute safest care. All mental health concerns I came in with are resolved and I go every couple months just for maintenance and some pain relief support. My life is dramatically different than the first day I walked into the office after struggling for over 25 years. I’ve talked to a couple other ketamine providers and another person who received treatment elsewhere and the level of care they offered doesn’t begin to compare to my experience with TN Ketamine and Dr Malchow’s team. They’re absolutely top notch. The level of care I have received at Tennessee Ketamine & Wellness has been amazing. Everyone is so organized, compassionate, and I have felt completely safe and comfortable during my treatments. I could not imagine living the rest of my life with the level of anxiety, exhaustion, depression, and pain I’ve experienced for decades. No pills or therapy has ever given me any kind of lasting relief and I do not want to live medicine headed or dulled down. From the very first treatment the anxiety and depression has been gone. I have had vast improvement in pain and tiredness. These treatments have been a miracle for me. I think it’s important to note when you have treatment do not go looking for anxiety or those intrusive thoughts to test and see if you can make your mind anxious or upset. Leave those useless thoughts behind and embrace the miracle of a free clear mind. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results and the staff. They genuinely care and are wonderful individuals.

The clinic is very nice and the nurses were informative. My experience was very good with lots of care from the doctor and nurses. I would highly recommend this clinic for others looking help dealing with PTSD and depression. Thank you to the staff at Tennessee Ketamine and Wellness Clinic.

Drs. and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Drs. answered all my questions and gave me hope. I felt better after my first infusion. I have been depressed for over 30 years. I decided to switch to this clinic after my previous provider closed her practice. I had a great experience with Dr. Rome for two years, so I was hoping for something similar here. While most of the nurses were friendly, the overall vibe of TN Ketamine and Wellness felt corporate and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much face time with my doctor during my visits, and I had a tough experience with IV insertions—it took a few tries and quite a bit of discomfort. One nurse seemed frustrated and pushed my meds so quickly in the line it made my hand cramp up. By that point, I was already feeling really upset and just wanted to leave. Additionally, they do not offer vitamins and I was unable to get other routine meds I had previously always gotten. I don't want to spend 550$ and also risk another visit like this.

My visit with Randall Malchow was truly exceptional. He was attentive, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. The level of care and professionalism I received was outstanding from start to finish. I really appreciate the time and attention he gave—overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
