Terrible business practices. I canceled an appointment over the weekend for a Monday morning. I then called again Monday morning and was charged my appt fee after I clearly canceled in time. I was on my way to urgent care I was so sick. This business is awful! They were then incredibly rude to me and have persisted in sending me bills. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

After my first appointment with my new provider last month 11/25/2025, I played phone/message tag trying to get my RX filled. It appeared to be issues with a new-to-her system. I’m understanding and I get that technology can be finicky. After a day, we resolved that one. Fast forward to follow up appointment last week 12/24/2025. The same situation occurred, this time after being advised by provider to not miss more than 2 doses. This time, I was also understanding due to Christmas. I have now sent 3 messages and contacted the office three times where Ive now been told they will message as high priority and there is nothing else they can do bc this is their “protocol”. The woman I spoke with today (Emily is the name she gave) was dismissive, difficult and was too busy following “protocol” to actually listen. When I asked for the last name of the woman she would be escalating this issue to, she “didn’t know” and told me to look online. She said she “didn't want to give out personal info” even though it’s public information on the site she told me to go look at. When I asked “around what time can I expect to hear from her,” she responded she doesn’t know EXACTLY when she’ll be in bc she doesn’t know her schedule. She’ll get it to her “whenever she gets in”. She talked over me, changed the information she shared with me several times, and placed me on either a hold or mute while I was continuing to resolve my issue. It has now been 6 days since my RX was to be filled (and going into another holiday) and there has been very little desire to help resolve a situation that is no way shape or form my fault. I will be seeking a new practice and I would advise anyone thinking of giving Sweetgrass a try to reconsider. It is unacceptable regardless… especially in the mental health field, to make a patient jump through hoops, pay good money and waste our time. UPDATE: finally heard back (12/30), expressed my displeasure, was told by provider she had 90 days (3 refills) called in… only to find out once I picked up that it has ZERO refills remaining…. I also had not yet been charged for my 12/24 appointment, until around noon today. Shortly after, my updated medication finally appeared on the app…. Definitely reconsider.

Office staff rude, poor communication, clinic bills before appt!

My daughter cancelled her appointment first thing the morning the day before her appointment…well within their timeline for cancellation. They charged her $130 for a no show! I called the office…Anne hung up on me…left many messages for Angie the office manager who refused my calls and refused to call me back. Meanwhile…they can cancel last minute and that’s ok, but if you give them ample notice they charge you? Be aware. They are in business for money…not mental health. As this issue stressed my daughter out who is struggling with anxiety. Thanks guys…not ok.

Attempted to schedule an appointment over the course of three days and had a disappointing experience. The coordinators I spoke with were often unhelpful, dismissive, and the information I received was continually conflicting. As someone new to this process, I called to ask general scheduling questions but was told to text them instead and was assured the director would call me back. That call never came. Instead, the director responded via text but didn’t answer my questions, which made it difficult to get clear guidance or build confidence in their process. When I explained that I was new to the process, one coordinator expressed frustration and admitted she was also new to her role and didn’t know how to help me (how odd?). Despite requesting a phone call multiple times, I never received one, and was ghosted altogether after I pointed out the experience I was having thus far. The lack of consistency and follow-through made the experience frustrating, and based on my interactions and other reviews, I would suggest considering other options for care.

I have no complaints about my provider, however, I do have complaints about their billing practices. My card would be charged the day before my appointment, prior to being seen. I was late to a virtual appointment (yes, my fault) and my appointment was cancelled. The $150 that was charged the day prior was never refunded, and the receipt I received via email still shows as a "copay". When I requested from the admins on the portal what the no show fee was, I never received a response. Ultimately, this made me dispute with my bank. The documents my bank received show a "no show fee" for a PA is $130. I was charged $150 plus an additional $50 with no explanation from Sweetgrass. This makes me not trust the practice. I have requested itemized billing for all appointments/charges. Will update if/when received. Also to note, I now receive the same care from my PCP (an MD) for a normal copay every 60-90 days versus $159 every 2-4 weeks seeing a PA.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience here. I see Dr. Walton, she is fantastic. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist and medication management. She takes things slowly and is incredibly careful when trying new medications. She listens attentively and is extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of medications and their side effects. I genuinely feel that she has my best interests at heart. After having some not-so-great providers in the past, I’m beyond grateful to have found her in this area. The front desk staff is also wonderful—super easy to work with and always accommodating. It's been no problem at all to switch my appointments to virtual when needed, which has made things so much more convenient.

Got halfway through the patient intake, and stopped at the "online review" section on patient intake. Chilling stuff.

Go elsewhere. Virtual visit meds discussed. Prescription to be called in....... Never happened. Call Sweetgrass office to inquire. Supposedly paged my Dr. but never heard back. Called to speak with Dr in charge but evidently Brittany Albright, MD, MPH doesn't think the poor care provided warrants an explanation!!! Hope you're sued for malpractice! But won't be me
