Evolve Health TMS and Spravato — Ketamine Clinic in Portland, OR

I had Spravato treatment for months here and cannot say enough good things. They took better care of me than anyone has, even family. I love these people!

I am not a particularly religious person but everyone I have had face time with here must have been like, hand-kissed by god because they are all literal angels. They have all been kind, mindful, personable, professional, and non-judgmental towards me. I have been here for both TMS and Spravato. I have had negative clinical experiences in the past but at this time they are a vital component of my PTSD treatment. I am very grateful to have them in our community.

I was told while I was walking into my appointment that a student would be sitting in. They also refused to refill my antidepressant prescription which resulted in me going off of them cold turkey.

So thankful for this place. The staff are always kind, professional, and caring. They build a relationship with the client where you can feel heard and give upfront and honest responses. The facility is clean, well equipped and designed to be calming and professional. It’s a safe place to heal. Highly recommend.

They have saved my life ...

Evolve is my place of joy. My burdens are lifted by the amazing individuals who work there. Spravato is a great medication, but the people add the magic. It's hard work to save yourself. This is a great place to do it.

This place is worth less. It took them months for them to call to provide service, today. It's was always, in a cpl weeks, okay it will start in 4 weeks, okay beginning of November for sure. That was 2 months ago, never got a call from anyone, after a while I just figured, I'd never hear from them. I strarted Spravato w another providor a month ago.

All the staff here were very kind and caring. Unfortunately the ketamine didn't help very much but it was fun coming in and getting high 😎
