I have been a patient of Dr. Ryskin’s for three years. I first went to his clinic in Washington and then moved to Oregon. I was very pleased they were able to transfer me. I have always gotten excellent care. He’s the first doctor to suggest an RFA, Radio Frequency Ablation, and doing so gave me great relief and I was able to reduce the strength and frequency of pain medication.

Doctor listened, had ideas, didn't judge me. My pain management doctor is retiring and I didn't think I could find another doctor that we could talk honestly without judgment. Loved my initial consultation and have high hopes he will be able to help me

2/13/2025… Words don’t even begin to describe the headache I instantly put Kaulu through by default, lol. Not only did we play tag from multiple numbers but for multiple days with the majority of them being after work hrs. This young man took it upon himself to help me track down the issue with my insurance provider then we narrowed it down and I did my part. He promptly called me back with a positive attitude and said we have good news then set me up with an appointment with maria who’s in their insurance department I believe. She also had a very upbeat attitude when all said and done she had Kaulu do a follow up call to set my appointments time and date ,for the very same slot he held for me from the first call tell everything was resolved. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’ve only had the opportunity to meet the front desk So I’m definitely looking forward to my doctors appointment to explain to them just the type of help they hired. I already feel like I’m in the best hands for my situation. Sorry this is so long I just needed to get it out there. I RECIEVED A BILL YESTERDAY FROM THIS PAIN CARE CLINIC, IT SHOWED I OWED 20.00. I LOOKED ON THE BILL AND THEY HAD A DATE OF SERVICE THAT I NEVER WENT TO. PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT I HAD CALLED AND CANCELLED, I HAD DECIDED TO STAY WITH MY CURRENT CLINIC. THEY CHARGED MEDICARE/UNITED HEALTHCARE FOR $ 1.160.50 INSURANCE PAID THEM $ 261.26. PRIOR TO ME BEING SEEN THEY SENT ME ABOUT 10 PAGES TO FILL OUT ON MY PHONE. IT WAS INSANE( ADVISE NOT TO DO NOT) THEY HAD ALOT OF MY PERSONAL INFO AND I THINK EVEN HAD ME SIGN A HIPPA FORM. I CALLED THE BILLING AND ADVISED HER THAT BUSINESS HAD COMMITED FRAUD AND I WAS GOING TO REPORT IT. I CALLED UNITED HEALTH CARE. THEY SUBMITTED THE INFO ALSO NOTIFIED MEDICARE OF IT. I THEN FAXED AN APPEAL TO UNITED HEALTHCARE FOR THE COPAY THEY TRIED TO BILL TO ME. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD, I SORT IF HAD A BAD FEELING AND THATS WHY I CANCELLED. ******PLEASE BE VIDULANT FOR YOURSELF AND SCAMS****
