Started out great. Has gone downhill the last several months. Edit: 3 to 2 stars.

I've been with Dr Bells office for over a year now, and have nothing but great things to say. I've had anxiety/depression for over 20 years. Every previous psychiatrist just wanted to treat me with diff antidepressants that kept giving me terrible side effects. It took 25 years before I ever heard the term Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD) they allowed me to stop the pill cycle and offered me other options. I've had TMS (which saved my life) and have just started Spravato. I have a difficult/complicated medical history and take alot of medication, so I have had so many Dr who wouldn't even address my MH, or suggest walks, diet etc. All those things are important, but I needed someone to treat my issues as a whole. It was a huge relief to have found people that take my health as serious as I do. I feel supported by Dr Bell and her team and am grateful for the care I have recieved. If you're looking for a different approach to healing, give them a call!

Psychiatric services weren't an issue, they did forget to refill one of prescriptions once. Hope to all heaven you have the least contact possible with the front desk though, not a pleasant experience. Do note that if you don't cancel an appointment before their 48 hour period you will be charged $75 regardless of insurance. This I am okay with, kinda seemed like the front desk lady was really trying to guilt me when I did cancel later though which kind of just sucked.

Dr. Bell is the best at what she does . Absolutely Amazing 🤩 She helped me so much!!

AWFUL! PILL MILL!!! If that is what you are looking for your at the right place! Otherwise if you want someone who cares about the patient and NOT THE MONEY DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU MISS a payment/appt you will not be called in the medicines they have had you on for years! They will pick/choose what medications to call in until payment is reached in full. So if you are looking for mental health or ADHD medicines, TURN AWAY AND RUN NOW!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE DANGEROUS WITHDRAW FROM MEDICINES THEY HAVE PUT YOU ON! HEART OF OHIO SEARCH FOR THEM! I URGE YOU TO TAKE MY WARNING, I AM A NURSE MYSELF AND AFTER TWO YEARS ON MEDICINES I MESSED ONE APPT BEING IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEY REFUSE WITHOUT PAYMENT FOR MISSED APPT TO CALL IN MEDS THAT MAY BE CONTROLLED! Honestly really disappointed in this practice. They were not very transparent with the fact that you don't actually see Dr. Bell, despite asking to schedule with her. I found out through the appointment email that it was with a PA-C that I was completely unfamiliar with. After speaking with the receptionist, I chose to keep the appointment and give it a shot. I had the appointment on November 30th and was told that she would send me an email so that I had her information and a bunch of resources. I never got the email or even a call for a follow up appointment. I reached back out to their office on January 5th and have still not heard from the PA-C that I had the appointment with. It all just seems very unprofessional and careful.

Tenia has gone above and beyond to help me. She is an amazing NP, so sweet, kind, patient and caring. When I am around her, I feel like I am talking to a friend who doesnt judge me, just listens, offers advice and wants to genuinely help. She is such a gem in this world! Im soo happy I met someone like her :)

I wanted to share my experience with dr. Bell and her staff! I cannot put fully into words how amazing dr. Bell and her staff are! When talking with dr. Bell she made me feel like she CARED about ME as a person , not just a patient ! That means a lot to me. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to my personal care and I trust her 100% and know she has my best interest at heart. The rest of her team is also great! I work with Brook on tapering and I look forward to talking with her ! She is the sweetest ! I also work with tenia on nutrition to help control anxiety. Tenia is the only person who has ever solved my triggers to my anxiety. I will always be thankful for that beautiful human. This staff treats each other like family and treat their patients as family as well! I could sit there all day and chit chat with them because they are just so pleasant to be around. I trust these people and they have helped change my life for the better! If you are looking for help these are your people!
