For the good aspects, I felt comfortable and the staff was incredible especially Jordan. I went to this clinic for over a year. It cost me $400 every time. There was no way on my current income ( I'm on Medicare) to continue to pay that amount. I was a first responder and found that it could be paid for by my insurance for $175. I informed the clinic of this twice. Both times, they asked me to send a copy of my insurance which I did. I never heard back . Upon inquiry regarding the insurance I was asked, "What is the amount they pay the provider?". If they were actually in touch with my insurance they would know the answer. I am incredibly saddened and disappointed with this clinic. It has increased and solidified the fact that this is ALL ABOUT MONEY. If you are spending $400 a month please seek other clinics. New Pathways will accept insurance and if you are a first responder will give you a discount. This clinic is AL ABOUT THE MONEY. It's unfortunate that the medical and care aspect is superseded by their greed.

Great experience the ladies were great

I am 72 years old. Spravoto is really helping my depression. The staff answers questions and are really helpful. If you are elderly, don't be afraid to try this. You deserve to be free of the things that are weighing you down.

The ambiance of their therapy settings is excellent. Several separate rooms, and some separate cubicles, make the experiences quite private, so the patients can more fully enjoy, absorb and benefit from the Ketamine/Spravato experience. I strongly encourage anyone interested in Ketamine or Spravato to experience it here.
