Genuinely may have saved my life.

I became a familiar face at NEK from mid 2022-early 2024. I don’t know if that’s typical but during my introduction and maintenance I was still in the midst of a lot of background stuff. I don’t think I can ever explain the relief Casey and his wife brought to my life and in turn my kids lives. Ketamine softened the wall between my spirit, my ego, and my existence. It changed everything and made me appreciate even the hard days. The most noticeable shift has been this past year since my last treatment. The benefit continues if you use it right, I trust them with anything!

These folks saved my life for real.. I went for a while, when I was lower than rock bottom in my life. Treatment was recommended to me, and nothing else ever worked for me. Im Treatment resistant and that doesn't even begin to describe my case. Getting the treatment, and doing the work, I was able to move foward and HEAL. They were great and very sympathetic. Sometimes, after talks with staff, after treatment, we both were almost in tears. Haha it is healing man.... Good stuff I have a life that feels like a dream compared to before. I thank God for these folks, they are wonderful caring people.

10/10 recommend if you are trying to treat mental health or CRPS. All my medications seemed to stop working and my psychiatrist recommended ketamine as a last resort. I wish i knew about it sooner. Before i started ketamine i was taking Wellbutrin, Zoloft, Abilify, Ativan and adderoll. I am now off all medications. The office manager is extremely professional, and lovely. the office is always impeccably cleaned. Mia the therapy dog is also super cute and friendly: The owner cares so much about helping people. He takes into account what medications you're on and what changes are going on in your life and adjusts your doses accordingly. I have recommended new england ketamine to all my family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about NEK and the staff. I have been a patient for over two years. Ketamine saved my life when I had lost hope that anything could help me. I have always felt safe with Casey. Not only is he an experienced anesthesia/ ketamine provider, he genuinely is passionate about what he does. Those two things were very important to me. His wife Jacquie is so kind, attentive and professional. She always responds promptly to emails. Jordan is an awesome. As an IV nurse myself, I know that I am a tough stick. He's great with starting IVs and has a very calming demeanor. I travel almost 2 hours each way for my treatments and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
