Important stuff first. The Ketamine Institute of Michigan, along with Dr. Aharonov, Manager Laura, and Nurse Mariam are not only friendly and made me feel welcome, but they passionately care about you're Mental and Physical wellness. Last year (2025) wasnt my best year. It included an auto accident (that required I have a neck fusion) a PTSD episode (at the accident scene), my fathers Death, etc. With the Holidays coming up I was mentally 'in a bad place'. I had used ketamine in the past and liked the results. I (and my wife) felt it was time to get another infusion but my regular provider could not get me in until after the 1st of year. I contacted The Ketamine Institute of Michigan and within minutes Laura contacted me and got me in for a consultation (Dr. Aharonov Rocks!) and a much appreciated infusion the following day! What a wonderful experience with wonderful staff! You have a new customer for life!! 6 Stars if I could!!

Had went here over a year ago was told over the phone that “we are on their time they are not on our time” as clients doing this therapy. I felt that was one of the most unprofessional things any medical worker has ever said to me in my life let alone actually trusting them to do the ketamine treatment, in which this case they failed to do properly and when we tried to figure it out that was the excuse we were given. Absolutely unacceptable for a business like this one and I truly hope nobody goes through what I had to endure and pay for.

Ketamine treatments saved my life. They help my fibromyalgia and my depression immensely. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Julia who owns it and the director Laura Solomon. They have gone out of their way to improve my quality of life! No matter what you are seeing them for, they are there with you holding your hand from start to finish. This clinic is caring and compassionate and I wouldn't know what I would do without them. I've been getting treatments for close to 7 years now and I cannot express in words how much Ketamine Treatment centers has helped me. If I could give them more stars, I would.

I can’t understand any review that questions the motives or compassion of this clinic’s supervisor Laura or Doctor A./the owner. From the very first phone call to the appointment and the infusion, my family and I were treated with nothing but amazing compassion, respect and integrity. Thank you so much Dr. A! 🥹

I am a Canadian who has been in our Healthcare system and I now have to go to the US for treatment I pay for out of pocket. I can truly say, my investment is well spent in the US. ALL the staff is what makes the Ketamine Institute of Michigan as great as it is. From the smiling receptionist(s) to the nurses, doctors and other staff at the Ketamine Institute of Michigan I have yet to encounter anyone there who wasn't amazing!!! Thank you for making a not so great situation into a great experience.

Very sketchy clinic. I can't speak for the Doctor, but the owner who runs the entire clinic, Laura, could care less about helping people, & is more concerned about her bottom-line by taking advantage of desperate individuals; being vague & unforthcoming about what is needed from the prospective patients. Take this review with a grain of salt if you will, but if you've interacted with this clinic (and Laura in particular), in person, over the phone, and/or have read some the defensive & in-denial responses she has left to reviews (and assuredly will leave for this one) containing legitimate complaints you'll understand what this clinic is all about. The initial appeal of this clinic is it seems to be the most affordable until you realize your health isn't the priority here.

Saved my daughter's life. Ketamine is truly a miracle

I spoke with Laura on the phone today. I had called months before asking if she had received referrals from my doctors for treatment. She texted me & simply stated no & did not elaborate or even ask who I was. I sent out the release form found on the website & my doctor had stated that they did sign a release of medical records for K.I.M. I called back today & Laura answered. I again told her I was interested in Ketamine infusions for chronic pain & depression & asked if my medical release/referral was received. She again said she didn't receive anything without asking my name, DOB, nothing. I asked how she knew she didn't get anything for me without knowing who I was & she began to laugh & stated she didn't receive referral/records release for ANYONE via mail, fax, or email. I asked her where it should be sent. After she gave me her direct fax number again, I asked her name. She then stated she didn't like the "tone of the conversation" & that maybe I needed to "seek care elsewhere" before proceeding to hang up on me; even though she was the one who was incredibly rude, unprofessional, & unhelpful when I just needed to know what else to do & what steps to take. I only ever leave reviews (good or bad) if I'm compelled to do so & this is NOT how a medical facility for people desperate for care should be run.
