Quick appointments, short wait times and very caring staff. I definitely recommend Great Lakes Bay Health Centers!

Dr Lathia is always in a rush, makes very little eye contact and is more involved with the computer, his phone, the facility phone or the printer. He did not lay out a treatment plan for my review, could not create a successful medication regimen nor did he treat me as though he understood my diagnosis and acted accordingly. Just as disturbing, his reception staff and medical assistant lack compassion for me and my borderline disorder. They simply appear to me to be uneducated. The Dr told me that the office staff tried to guess my diagnosis bc they observe me in the waiting room and they guessed bipolar. When I reported it to Ms. Harrington, she never called me until I went above her to administration. Through their actions, this practice made me feel worse anxiety, worse depression, and severe borderline symptoms. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dr. Lathia is a very kind and gentle doctor. He always likes to talk about how your family is doing? He is soft spoken when he talks to you and he is always there whenever you need him. I love the staff there too.
