I NEVER leave reviews of any kind. I was asked to do this one and gladly said I would. I received Ketamine Therapy at the Amherst office at a time in my life that was fraught with emotion and difficulty. Catherine, Kate, Erin, Kai, and Jae were kind, patient, and very caring. Olga was my psychiatric provider and Odessa was my support person. Making appointments was easy and receiving treatment even easier(well not the 2 hour drive I had to do). I would still be getting Ketamine here except the drive became too much. These folks are great.

I've tried various therapies and treatments in the past, but Cambridge Biotherapies is hands-down the most effective and professional experience I've had. Their staff is warm, welcoming, and truly invested in your care. I feel lucky to have found them!

From reception to infusion to post-infusion care, the staff are caring professionals who came to know you personally and treat you with consideration. Communication is excellent as is follow up. The facility is easy to access, comfortable and nice, quiet ambience. Scheduling was never an issue and services were always on schedule. Highly recommended for staff, ease of access but very importantly, the personal touches.
