My grandsons life was changed through receiving ketamine treatment at this clinic .

Definitely some room for some major improvement. Need more of trauma informed lens, a proper introduction upon 1st visit not just someone throwing up their hands towards their Harvard degrees, lack of diversity of providers, more care is needed when making sure people get home after treatment, if someone asks the ingredients don’t just tell them to google or call pharmacy (pharmacy refused to divulge anyhow), a client should not have to keep asking for a female psychotherapist and never receiving one. I also had to beg for sessions and times as communication was extremely poor then I gaslighted after the RN failed to follow through in checking and texting me back to see if PMHNP was available. Very hard to plan. 1st time there, there was no one around despite making my appointment. No one at the desk. No one answering calls or texts. Finally asked a client stepping outside of a therapy room as I was confused. Practice is very coercive in what form of ketamine you receive. They push IM and Troche. I soon realized why. I was open to IM and tried it but still preferred IV. Having had IV I wanted to stick to it. However, the only person who could do IVs or was available was not experienced at all. And the office knows of the very severe complaint I had which I will not post here. KAP is a very delicate experience and there was many missed opportunities. Above all people need to experience humility and kindness.

750 a session is INSANE. Pharmaceutical ketamine is dirt cheap. Was hoping to find a closer provider but I think I'll stick with traveling for my 250 a month session and 80-dollar med cost. Which provides me 10 troches for every 3 days.Something that can be prescribed and picked up at the Springfield Compounding pharmacy. Not like its Spravato. What a scam to grab your money. There are tons of cheaper places
