Let me start by saying, im at Renissance Solutions anywhere from 1-3 times a week, depending on what my appointment is for. I do spravato, therapy with Abigail, and medication management with Sarah Walker. So this place is basically my second home‼️❤️ Sarah is SO very personable with me. She listens to what im saying and i feel so heard by her. You can just feel that she truly cares about her patients. She will just check in on me real quick, if we happen to be passing in the hallway or see each other when im there for a different appointment, and makes sure im okay. And She ALWAYS has the biggest smile on her face, making you instantly wanna smile back because it just feels so genuine. She makes you feel so safe to open up to. She's AMAZING and I love her!❤️ Abigail's office/presence literally feels like you're at your best friends house venting and actually being heard!🙏 Ive told this woman some things that noone else knows about me, some shameful disgusting embarrassing things about me and things im not proud of, and i felt 100% safe and completely trusted her. Ive revealed some of the deepest and darkest, most vulnerable parts of my life to her and I've never left a session feeling nothong but love! She truly makes you feel comfortable, heard and understood, worthy, hopeful, lighter, and just renewed. Shes Incredible! ❤️ The staff in the front are nothing less than the best! You walk in and they greet you by name, ask you how you're doing, and always get to know you on a personal level. They make you feel like a human being an not just another patient. I absolutely LOVE everything about Renissance and everything they've done and continue to do for me, and so so many others! I preach Renissance any chance I have the opportunity to ❤️ They are absolutely THE BEST team!!!!

Reception is kind and responsive. The clinicians, especially Sarah and Jimmy, are kind and great at their jobs. I was in Spravato treatments for almost 2 years and enjoyed my weekly safe space in their office. One time during a treatment, I got a little overheated and they gave me a box fan to hold and checked on me a bunch to make sure I was okay. I feel safe with these people physically and emotionally and they are doing great things for our community.

Have been using Katherine D for almost a year now for my child and she has been wonderful with her! She is prompt in her responses when we have questions or concerns, takes any concerns seriously, and makes appropriate adjustments as needed. Plus she has cool stickers!!

I’ve known these people for years and I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else. The only reason I could see someone leaving a negative review would be because they didn’t get what they wanted and became unhinged. I’ve seen these ladies handle case after complicated case with patience and compassion. Unfortunately, in this business some types of people can become aggressive, violent, threatening, and harassing. These types of people may even make multiple accounts to post negative reviews. I hope they don’t have any warrants or legal issues because it’s a felony to harass and abuse healthcare clinics and workers just because you don’t get what you want. Hopefully, people can see through the mud when reading the negative reviews. This place rocks and these people truly care.
