Update 2023: This has been the most disappointing experience with this facility that I have ever seen. After having an amazing experience for so long the minute Charlie left it was clear there was no plan. After assuring us for months that they had everything lined up, we find out there is no provider to continue providing the treatment but “call us in a month”… is a response I got. After being strung along, we were then left to find out that the facility is “temporarily closing” but they still wanted to collect my money. They also informed us that they would send our files anywhere but would not be assisting in helping us find a new provider. I am updating this review because I think it is malpractice to run a facility this way. I can understand the problems a facility would face when losing a provider but to not have a single plan other than “we can send your file anywhere”, it just ruined the whole experience and history. I don’t know if they will open again, but if they do… I will not be returning. They lost my trust and when dealing with the mental health of patients who depend on these treatments the way we were treated was shameful. My partner and I had been dealing with his depression for our entire relationship and it almost ended our relationship a couple of times. Ketamine gave me the person I fell in love with back. I read the stories and was fairly skeptical because I had been told about “promising” treatments before, but after the first treatment…. Immediate change. I was still skeptical even after the first few doses. However, Charlie, Keegan, and Heather have been nothing but helpful and informative through this whole process. They also respond quickly whenever something comes up that is challenging. The treatment comes at a price but what I can say is I would gladly pay double the price because it has been remarkable. I will forever be grateful for them giving my partner his life back. If you have any doubts and have treatment resistant depression, I say do it. It will change you and your family’s life for the better. Thank you Midwest Ketafusion. You are doing great work.

I was a client here for over a year. I paid my bill on time, received amazing care, then about 6 months ago, they lost their nurse and front desk staff, then bailed on us. No client was given ANY heads up or any indication of what was to come. I have ptsd and to say it’s life or death getting my treatments, and these individuals took advantage of our needs and disrupted lives of people.

After months of receiving treatment I got a text with no explanation that my appointment was canceled the day before treatment. I called and set up another appointment that was canceled same day again no explanation. I called to find out what was going on. I was told the clinics anesthesiologist had abruptly moved out of state and they had no one to administer the ketamine treatments. That in July or early August there would be a new person trained and they would reach out to make an appointment. The never did. They ignore all my calls and texts. I went through withdrawal of the medication without medical assistance. I am appalled with how they handled this situation. It’s medical negligence in my opinion! They can’t even be bothered to explain themselves, absolutely disgusting! I do not recommend this clinic!

Horrible experience. New ownership has terminated an ongoing client that was promised guaranteed treatment. This is the second time they have canceled on our family in three weeks. On our first visit they texted my partner to cancel 3 hours before her first visit. Ketamine therapy is not something people turn to without being in a desperate situation. My partner is sobbing on the floor because new ownership just threw her away. Unreliable business. Stay far away. Seak reliable ketamine treatments elsewhere.

My son would not be alive if it weren't for the ketamine treatments he's been receiving here. Absolutely amazing, dedicated, and caring staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking into ketamine treatments.

I recently finished my 6 visit series, and the experience and results have been breathtaking. Firstly Charlie, Angie and Margarita are so accommodating and kind, they really make you feel at home during treatment. Secondly the treatment itself is peaceful, and goes by quickly. Better yet it works! I've posted my symptom tracker, and I'm showing an over 80% reduction in stress! But what that means in a nutshell is before treatment my mind was constantly running from stressful thought to the next in a circle just constant noise. After treatment it's a faint whisper. To be clear it's not like I've forgotten the stressors themselves, it's that now as issues come to mind, it's like my mind files them better. Can do now, can't do now, need to do now. Once it's filed I deal with them as needed and stop thinking about it. I was having a very hard time with my depression and anxiety. I couldn’t work very much and leaving the house was so hard. After my first infusion I worked my first full shift in months! This treatment has helped me out tremendously!! The environment is great and the people are amazing I highly recommend them

I had polio as a child and ketamine IMHO, literally strenghtening and transforming me. For me the adaptogenics are slowly refoming my structure. Covid exposure has repeatedly tested negative.
