Are you struggling with your mental health? Is it difficult for you to find a therapist that you're comfortable opening up to? Stop. Look no further. Mary Babehis is the BEST; she has literally changed my life. I can be difficult to work with; every suggestion she made I pushed back with "that's not for me" or "that won't work". There were days we spoke that I was angry, rude, or so severely depressed that it's hard for me to imagine that any other human being could tolerate my presence. Mary did, though. With patience, compassion, and care she chiseled away at my resistance; I went from self hatred to self care, from believing I was a bad person undeserving of love from anyone (including myself) to seeing the good in myself, from constant outbursts of anger to calmer self reflection. Mary didn't do all the work, she did and still does something more meaningful: she showed me the path and holds my hand while I walk it. I do not exaggerate when I say that I feel like a completely different person since we met. She is kind, clever, funny, insightful, honest, and REAL. She has a youthful energy (she gets all my pop culture references!) but also a wisdom beyond her years. She isn't aloof, she doesn't think she's better than you; she's related many of my struggles to some of hers. I recommend Mary to everyone who feels like they need help. I promise you that no matter how hopeless things feel there is a way out. Mary can help and guide you along that path better than anyone I've ever spoken to. I'm crying a little as I write this because of the drastic impact she's had on my life. I also put my money where my mouth is: my adult daughter and my mother both see her as well. If you need help, if you feel sad, angry, and/or depressed and you think you will never ever feel any differently, like I did, give yourself a chance at finding a better way and set up an appointment with Mary. You will not regret it.
Dr Mary Babehis is a caring and compassionate Therapist! No matter what your issues are being Depression, Anxiety, Chronic pain etc, she is excellent at diagnosing and then coming up with a plan for recovery it being medication or counseling. If you ever just need someone to talk to and be heard Dr Mary Babehis is very attentive and supportive. I found it a huge relief to get things out in the open after discussing my issues with her. Anyone needing to talk about there feelings and issues, and looking for help moving forward I highly recommend her. Love her!
Dr. Mary cares very much for her patients improvement and she is easy to talk to. This is definitely a good place to find a psychiatrist.
Mary is absolutely amazing. We connect and get along very well. I think she is an amazing person and very professional in what she does for me. Thank you very much. See you soon.
I have been seeing Mary Babehis, For a little over six months and she has been a tremendous help to me. She’s helped me get through some of the most difficult times I’ve had in my life and explain things to me and made it real. I highly recommend her..
Mary Babehis is an outstanding therapist in every way I can think of. I feel like I’m having a conversation with a helpful and trusted friend rather than being studied under a microscope. She promptly addresses any issue I’m having and provides a ton of valuable knowledge and resources.
DR. Rad and his front office are not concerned about your well being, all about the money.
Dr. Mara and the entire staff are amazing. I came in on my first visit and felt so understood and Dr. Mara let me spill out everything i felt. I was never cut off in the middle of my sentence and any suggestions she had, she made sure i was okay with first so that i can be in control of life. Scheduling was a breeze with no long waits to be seen. Its been a year, if not over a year, since i have been with Dr. Mara and i make sure to recommend her to anyone i know who conveys to me about having struggles.
Dr. Rad is a terrible psychiatrist. Last appointment, he claimed I pretended I was bipolar and was trying to get a diagnosis. No I wasn't. I was bringing up another disorder that my therapist said to mention to the psychiatrist. He is unprofessional and laughed in my face when I told him I never said that.
