I was surprised to see poor reviews as my experience here with a series of ketamine infusions was life-changing, and deeply so, from decades of severe depression on and off and decades of increasingly extreme and chronic lower back pain, to zero depression and negligible back pain. I found Dr. P to be caring, compassionate, and of course very competent. The nurse was on top of all I needed during the infusions and could not have been more caring and competent and helpful throughout. My only wish is that I did this decades ago! But I am still more than satisfied with now finally feeling happy to be alive every day. If you think you may need ketamine treatment, I have no worries recommending the Ketamine Clinic of Hawaii. My experience there is one of the life-changing and positive experiences in my life.

Do NOT come here for ketamine treatment. Dr. Pasquale is completely irresponsible (he one time argued politics with me before an infusion, and another time he told me himself while laughing that he once gave ketamine to a schizophrenic which, unsurprisingly, did not go well!), the staff isn’t trained (they repeatedly failed to push zofran before infusions, missed when drips weren’t flowing correctly, etc.), the amenities are very uncomfortable (you’re basically on a dentist chair), and the price is outrageous (I was charged $900 per infusion). Go to Beyond Mental Health (infusions are less than $400) if you need ketamine for chronic pain management or mental illness. This business should not even be legally allowed to sell ketamine and frankly Dr. Pasquale should be ashamed for making such an exorbitant profit off an extremely cheap life-saving drug. Note: it seems Infinity Life Center has separated its services so as to offer ketamine in the office directly next door to where they perform (and push) plastic surgery, so per Infinity Life Center’s request that I update where my review is, I am placing it here in the hopes it will reach and help anyone who, like me, needs ketamine to survive.

Dr. Mike has all kinds of ways to kill pain without resorting to opioids. I have squamous cell cancer on my face and some days I felt like my face was roasting. Everyone understands pain but constant strong pain is overarching and makes life impossible to enjoy. Dr. Mike (a great guy) found a pill for me that not only reduces pain significantly but is also a mild euphoric and makes my life fun again. If you are in serious pain I highly recommend Dr. Pasquale. He will keep trying until you get results.
