I have been going to this doctor since I’m in my 20s I recently brought my daughter to the doctors to be seen for ADHD It was going Good for the last couple of years if we had any questions, they would answer them if we needed it to change something like the visit there was no problems. Now all of a sudden, they have new people at the front desk. I’d like to get attitude with you. And assume that we no longer want to be part of the practice, which is not true we want to be part of the practice, but we are just very busy Moving to a different location, so our time is very valuable. All we were wanting to do is let the doctor know that my daughter wants to take a break from the medication but we had to go in person and I told them it’s a short notice and we can’t go right now and they said that they were with schedule but that is not the point the point is we just want to make it very quick and let the doctor know that my daughter wants to take a break from the medication that part was ignored. Only thing the person cared about was getting us into the to see the doctor so they can build my insurance company. It’s not about the patient. It’s about the money that they give from the insurance company. I’m not bashing this doctor by no means Eric himself is an excellent doctor but since he’s brought on new people, they don’t know me like he knows me.

Dr. Weinstock is the MOST CARING doctor I have ever worked with. I recently had a mental crisis and after my discharge, he welcomed me into his office and offered support immediately. It feels like he knows me so well and knows my needs. It feels very personal and very important to him to find each patients specific needs. I absolutely adore the office staff, Dr. Weinstock and Lienn. Thank you for everything you do for me through my mental health journey! The therapy dogs at the psychiatric follow up appointment really helped ease my anxiety as well, they are so well mannered and helped me refocus my anxiety. I will always be grateful for this practice.

Very dirty. My arm was bruised for two weeks because they couldn't get the iv in! And as much as I love dogs, I had a bad allergic reaction and will definitely be asking providers in advance if the facility has animals. Dogs are great, but this was supposed to be a sterile setting (IV, etc). I would have rated higher if they had let me know in advance that there would be multiple dogs (and I could have taken allergy meds).

Incredibly brilliant, down to earth physician. Dr Weinstock is very generous with his time, and he understands our struggles. Expect to be treated with “compassion and kindness” under his care.
