Oni and her kind staff provide exceptional care, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and thorough attention to detail, for which I am beyond grateful.

The kindness and professionalism from this office is unmatched! These treatments have not only helped with my treatment resistant depression but also with my chronic pain. What really made me choose this office over the others was because the services are provided by licensed anesthesia provider. Why is that different some may ask? Well anesthesia providers are equipped to handle any issues major or minor that (although unlikely) could happen. That gave me greater peace of mind, than going to some psychiatrist office who has very little experience in this area. They always check on you the day after as well to ensure you’re doing ok! They also never make you feel rushed during your visit. They have a number of other services I plan to check out as well.

Every 5 star review listed here is well deserved - and I read them all! I've got just about every disorder known to man - Bipolar 2, Complex PTSD, Major depression, connective tissue, and autoimmune. I just finished my Ketamine protocol and feel sooooo much better. I'm having great days in a row of having an optimistic outlook, not spiraling, stable mood, motivated to do chores and other things, and my pain is better too! I'm almost pinching myself over the awesome results. The really cool thing is this place is not your run-of-the-mill "doctor's office." Ony and Amy are so sweet and kind and gentle. It also bears mentioning that Ony is the best IV starter I've ever experienced in my life - and I've had a lot of IVs in my 45 years. I struggle to find the words to type this as it's changed my life that much. Before finding Ony, I wasn't living, I was barely surviving. Between anxiety, depression, panic, and agoraphobia I had lost my freedom little by little to the point I was nearly homebound. From the 1st treatment, I saw improvement. I've been blown away by the care and results I've seen from Ketamine Clinic of Lakeland. At first I was reluctant to investigate ketamine for my obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and depression. It was equal parts fear, indoctrination, and ignorance on my part. Near the end of 2024 I knew I needed to figure something out before I found myself stuck in an OCD doom loop (if you're curious, search "O.C.D. ft. Steven Ogg" for a video example of how it can feel). Enter Ketamine Clinic of Lakeland! Oneida invited me to come to the clinic for a consultation and discuss my situation and if she believed ketamine would be helpful. She listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and didn't pressure me into any decisions. Needless to say I decided to give it a shot. My worry was heightened on my first infusion mostly because of my OCD and anxiety! The room was private with a comfortable reclining chair. I had headphones and listened to acoustic guitar music, reclined back, and wore and eye mask. As the medication did it's thing I felt the first moment of quiet mind that I can remember. My OCD and anxiety thoughts became a choice in the moment and I chose not to indulge them. That was a new experience on its own! I felt very cared for by Ony and her staff as they would check in and had multiple health monitors. Once the session was over I met a family member in the waiting room to head back home. In the car we were talking and they said to me it's almost like I had woken up. They said I seemed clear headed and present and I felt that way too. I've continued to get infusions on a regular schedule and feel comfortable and confident with Ony and her staff. My only regret is I didn't find her clinic sooner as this has provided a lot of relief. I hope that the stigma around ketamine can fade away as time moves forward. After years of chronic, intractable pain due to EDS, spinal fusion surgery, and hundreds of other medication/procedures tried, I found that Ketamine infusions were one of the few things that decreased my pain to functional levels. Ony took over my care from a previous provider and I felt welcomed from the get go! She understood my struggles and was ready to help me. I was incredibly comfortable during my infusion and Ony and her staff were wonderful with my care the whole time. I am a ketamine Clinic patient of Serenity Solutions oasis for about a year and a half now. And would like to let people know my experience has been life-changing through the ongoing process of ketamine infusions. I used to be on up to 15 different prescribed mental medications and now only on two after having been on these meds on and off for the past 20 years. I do highly recommend this company to treat prescription resistant depression. Ask for Oneida which is the owner and she would be more than happy to assist you on getting the help you need.
