Dr. Markey and her team have literally saved my life! They are true God sends! I have been dealing with a lot personally for years. And while I was in therapy before I started seeing them, I decided I needed take additional measures to get a better handle of my issues. My therapist referred me to them. Dr. Markey and her team were very attentive when discussing history and my goals for treatment. They also listened to my concerns and were very detailed on the treatment process. My only issue was the billing. As I was misinformed on some of the pricing aspects of my treatment. But thanks to the treatment itself, I've gained a better sense of understanding and patience when addressing the issue. I feel like a new person because of this practice! I look forward to doing additional treatments with them in the future!

Dr. Markey and Amelia are really incredible providers and healers; you can tell they really care about the work they do and helping people with their suffering. I feel grateful they take my insurance to help supplement the cost of this service. I highly recommend this place, you will feel safe here!

Dr. Markey is amazing!!! She is empathetic and actively listens. I light up when I see her before and after a session. In addition to soft skills, Dr. Markey stays on top of the latest therapeutic research and treatment protocols. She is dedicated to the well being of her patients. You receive familiar care at each visit. You work with the same two lovely nurses, Sara and Emalya. They learn your individual needs quickly. You never feel like you’re being pushed through a healthcare assembly line with rotating new faces. This clinic makes you feel at home. Andrea is responsive to my billing requests and greets me with a smile. Even on my fussiest of days, they stay committed to my care. The quality service at this clinic is just as therapeutic as the medicine.

It took a while to find the right ketamine treatment center for me. Dr. Markey is kind, patient, a. After a hard session, the Dr. added anti-anxiety medication to my treatment, as well as prescribing anti-nausea patches to apply several hours before. Dr. Markey was able to help me find the a secondary anti-depressant to better help with my moods between treatment. I appreciate that the practice is easy to navigate and the walls in the treatment rooms aren't too busy with art/posters/etc. Both the nurses and practice manager are knowledgeable, helpful, and gentle. I never feel rushed through my treatment, regardless of how long I may need to stay after before getting a ride home. Additionally, I really appreciate that I am able to reach them by phone or text to schedule or clarify anything I need help with. More than a year later, I am so glad I chose Progressive Psychiatry for my ketamine treatments. They remain my first recommendation to those seeking the same in the Denver Metro!
