I am so thankful that I found Propel Therapeutics! I was just stuck with some issues and Ketamine helped me work through them! All of the staff are compassionate and supportive. I felt totally comfortable going through this process with them!

Dr. Fischer recorded our conversations without my consent. As a result, I chose to cancel my upcoming appointment. Although the cancellation was made more than a month before the scheduled appointment, he charged my credit card for $200. When I requested a refund for the unauthorized charge to my credit card, he claimed that I was being charged for a digital workbook and a consultation although it states that it's a "free consultation" (quote from his website). Deceptive *EDITED IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY- As you know, I've contacted you numerous times about the unauthorized charge. You failed to provide me with a billing statement, told me that you recorded our conversation, and changed your excuse for billing me numerous times. I never received services in your office because you didn't earn my trust. I would advise prospective patients to look elsewhere for a more trustworthy practice.

I have been going here for over a year and it has been life-changing for me. Not just the medicine aspect of it but the people who work here and who make this treatment possible. The level of care and support that they have shown me through each of my journeys is a huge part of my successful treatments. The kindness they have shown me in all the details of my journeys from the moment I walk-through the door, greeting me by name, to the music they select for my journeys, Dr. Fisher has a never-ending playlist selection and they always seem to pick the perfect one depending on how I’m feeling. For me music is a huge part of this process and It’s important to me not to have the same playlist each time. They also offer a nice tray of snacks after my session with tea or water which sometimes I partake in but if I don’t, I always make sure to grab a ginger candy on the way out when I leave. The last thing they do before I leave is write down the Uber information, so I feel safe on my way home, that’s an extra step that I have not experienced anywhere else before and it’s very much appreciated. It’s the little details like this that make this place a safe haven for me and a wonderful experience each and every time. Thank you so much Dr. P, Dr. Fisher, Mackenzie, Jackie and Cherie🥰

Propel Therapeutics was the amazing conclusion to a 20 year search for therapy that actually made a significant improvement in my PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder. After completion of the treatments, I have completely broken the compulsive cycles of going back and forth from hot showers to a cold swimming pool that I previously needed to keep from becoming ill from anxiety and panic episodes. I am now able to spend quality time with family. Treatment benefits have obviously been noticed by my family and friends. Each and every staff member was dedicated to providing the best experience possible, all the way from the initial assessment, to making appointments and most importantly during each visit. I consider the staff to be “angels on earth”. Despite the anxiety and hesitation that is most likely a very natural response to engaging in progressive forms of mental health and pain reduction treatment, the setting, the gentleness in each step taken during each appointment, and the kindness of the therapist and physicians quickly dissipated all concern. I highly recommend Propel Therapeutics to anyone experiencing mental health and/or pain issues.

TEN STARS!! I recently finished 6 treatments with Propel Therapeutics. My depression and anxiety are gone!! Having suffered with CPTSD depression, anxiety and agoraphobia for nearly 20 years and seeing multiple psychiatrists that prescribed nearly every medication available without relief. The ketamine treatment has been a miracle! I feel like I’ve woken from a coma! I feel calm content and even joyful! The heavy dark clouds have not only lifted they are GONE! I had to give 10 stars because of the AMAZING staff at Propel. All of them are warm, friendly and have become like family in just 6 weeks!. I was apprehensive and nervous about doing the treatment but Mackenzie, Andreina, Dr Peeva and Dr Fisher made it so comfortable and safe! I strongly urge any one who is suffering and considering this treatment to call Propel Therapeutics.. for me it has been incredible comforting experience and to feel so good after nearly 20 years of suffering is like heaven!

I recently completed 4 sessions of ketamine therapy with Propel Therapeutics and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t have major mental health issues beyond seasonal affective disorder in the winter months; I mainly wanted to expand my mental health resilience in these challenging times. Even 3 months after treatment, I am shocked at how effective it was in reaching my goals. It’s hard to describe, but it gave me greater hope and understanding at a deep level. I would call it transformative. Everything about Propel Therapeutics is impressive - their program is well-designed and implemented, their staff are outstanding, and the environment is safe and welcoming. My initial encounter was with Drs. Fischer, and Peeva, who are impressive in their knowledge and dedication to helping others. I also appreciated the expert care and guidance shown by Andreina and Mackenzie during my treatment sessions. Doing this has been the best gift I’ve ever given myself and hope others can benefit.
