So first session, they rx'd meds that they never put order in to the pharmacy even after i emailed them asking why meds hadnt been placed, for second session they suggested tms despite me not having tried meds. When i requested copy of medical, I was transferred to VM which never responded to my call. Not recommended as a place that is organized or to actually provide appropriate level of services.

They put your credit card on file, cancel your appointment and then charge you a “no show” fee of hundreds of dollars. They cancel appointments constantly and interrupt patient care. The doctors have all been nice (except RN Anna-stay clear) but scheduling doesn’t treat patients like people. They have no oversight or accountability for how they treat patients. There is no one to speak to when staff is actively causing harm to patients. The manager at the Sacramento location, Guerline, will cancel appointments and refuse to speak to patients about her decisions about their care while knowing nothing about the individual patient. I would not recommend going to this location (university ave) as they recently lost their main RN and are now canceling patients appointments and interrupting care instead of fixing their staffing issue, and there is no one being held accountable or that patients can talk to, so this appears to be the new norm for this location and scheduler. So sad to see as they have a monopoly on a lot of their care options, so they can treat patients however they want and sick individuals are at their mercy. Good luck, I hope you find better care than I have.

I've been coming here for over a year, and I have enjoyed my experience. They have all been very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

My wife called in on Saturday trying to get a refill for an error that the doctor did not add a prescription refill option for a medication my wife has been on for 15 years. She spoke to Monique who answered the phone on a recorded line mind you, my wife in distress as we would be out of service for 10days on a camping and unable to refill the prescription. She was incredibly rude and offer no offers or additional resources to assist my wife and basically just told her sorry there's no one here you can speak to here until Monday. She was rude and unhelpful and only increased my wife's stress and anxiety surrounding this very scary prospect. I hope someone from Mindful Health Solutions reads this and listens to that phone call as this is a Psychiatrist office where people who have mental health issue call for "Mindful Health Solutions" there is no reason you should ever speak to your patients in that manner let alone patients that are calling their MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDERS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. We will be immediately changing our providers.

This place is terrible they told my daughter she was approved for housing then turn around 3 weeks later (novall)and tell her she didn't qualify because she didn't have income and then Sanakee the worker . Call me told me she wanted to help her I told her she went to Florida to live on the streets so I brought my daughter back to California just for her to call and put her on the 211 list like what!!! I thought they had resources that she didn't have to wait like that. This place needs to be out of business

I've tried two different providers at this place and they both should be stripped of their credentials and put in jail. Honestly, it's that bad. If you question anything they decide about your health, they fire you. Don't want to take the prescribed medicine b/c it's putting your heart at risk? Disagree with a diagnosis they've hurled at you, laden with insults? They'll delete your portal, cancel all prescriptions they've sent for you, cancel all of your future appointments, then send you a letter in the mail citing 'therapeutic misalignment' as the reason. My interpretation of 'therapeutic misalignment' is 'fragile egos that possess not one ounce of concern for their patients.' They're terrible from the unskilled, uncaring, untrained people that answer the phones to the 'providers' that are supposedly sworn to 'do no harm.' I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet.

TMS Doesn’t work for everyone. Did absolutely nothing for me after 30 sessions and $300 down the drain. This was when I was 19, I’m 22 now and have still not found a solution edit: not sure why they gave up after 30 sessions, I’ve heard of people doing 60+ and finally seeing help.

Scheduling with this clinic adds stress to patients seeking mental health services. My provider was booked for 2 months in advance and canceled on the day of my appointment, resulting in another 2 months wait. The first time I reached out to schedule was in late March and it was scheduled for July, on the day of the appointment, the office told me the first visit could not be at the time of my appointment and rescheduled me a week later. Then the new appointment was canceled on the day of the appointment. The office told me that they could reschedule for September. I tried to work with them but this company and the local clinic operate in odd ways that I found it's not worth dealing with them. I ended up seeking services elsewhere.

Doctor of MHS is great. Takes her time with you and answers all questions. She is very sweet. I definitely recommend her.

She made me feel comfortable and was able to open up to her.
