While I am all for infusion(IV) Ketamine, it really does work for treatment resistant depression, this organization has really gone downhill. It has lost it's loving heart and gone corporate. I understand the necessity of making money, but I think it's so sad when healthcare goes cold. I've seen the disappearance of almost every caring person. No explanations, corporations never give them. I really cared about so many of the old crew and having them evaporate is not easy on a person trying to learn to trust the world again. I guess that is the world we live in, profits (coldness, assembly line medicine) over people everytime. Don't tell me our civilization will last much longer. Not from what I see. That is overwhelmingly sad. I made a video extolling the virtues of this place, but now I must demand in writing that it never be shown.

While the clinicians are all great here, the organization of the place is awful. I was overcharged 1300 when they didn’t submit to insurance and then when I called to cancel and submitted a cancellation request 3 days before my appointment they still charged a late fee. You can never get in contact with anyone over the phone. It’s not like these treatments are cheap so issues with billing takes away any positives from having really kind and supportive clinicians.

I want to share my experience with this provider in case it might be helpful to others. My first month of treatment went well, and I really appreciated working with Gloria, who was a positive part of my care. However, over time, I experienced quite a few cancellations and rescheduling of my appointments—almost half of my last 12 sessions were affected. Unfortunately, the last two cancellations happened without any notification, which was challenging since these are two-hour sessions that require me to clear my day. I also found it difficult to get in touch with the office outside of appointments. The phone system requires navigating several menus just to leave a voicemail, and responses often take a few days. Additionally, there is usually no staff available in the lobby to assist with scheduling before or after sessions. While this place might work well for someone with a very flexible schedule and fewer outside commitments, it was difficult for me to manage as a part-time elementary school teacher. I also felt that the scheduling challenges could be frustrating for anyone balancing work or other responsibilities. Overall, I recommend considering your own schedule flexibility and insurance coverage carefully before choosing this provider. If you have questions about the team or scheduling process, it might be helpful to ask ahead to ensure it will be a good fit for your needs.

Be mindful that MHS is severely understaffed, leading to an irresponsible lack of communication and difficulty in scheduling. What’s worse is if you try to address issues (if you can even get ahold of anyone since they’re too short staffed to answer the phone or return messages), they insist on telling you over and over again why it’s your fault they’re not transparent about their policies.

Avoid at All Costs – Not a Real Healthcare Provider I had an incredibly frustrating and unsettling experience with this so-called "healthcare" company. I reached out for psychiatric care, but they denied me without taking the time to understand my case or even running my insurance. The whole process was bizarre and felt shady from start to finish. There was no thorough assessment or genuine interest in my well-being – just a dismissive attitude that made it clear they are not in the business of actually helping people. If you're in need of psychiatric care, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They are unprofessional and certainly don't operate like a legitimate healthcare provider. This is not the place to trust with your mental health.

Lack of professionalism and very irresponsible staff. They prescribed me a medication and after 2 months taking it, my original doctor leave and the clinic keep promising a refill that never happens. I’ve called multiple times, even had my husband calling due to the increase of my anxiety with this situation. Tomorrow I won’t have a medication to take, because of your clinic, I’m going cold turkey without a medication that you guys decided I need it. The irony is that you’re supposed to care for mental health…

tried contacting them to begin treatment here and they are so disorganized and have poor communication skills. first major issue is you call their number and aren't even connected to the specific office. i had a phone screening scheduled a month ago, the provider didn't call me, it took 2 days to get in contact with someone to reschedule to which they said "we'll call you back later today to reschedule." the next week, still no call. reached out on my portal with the same response of "someone will reach out to you soon." it's been 3 weeks of no response and safe to say i will not be pursuing treatment here and do not recommend anyone try to either unless you want the most difficult and frustrating experience ever.

this company is in the business of making money, not healing. If you are looking for health provider,do not use your atm card,/credit card. They keep your card on file and charge you what they want of your hard earned money. Yes, it is legal.
