I’ve had zero good interactions with the employees here. My final straw was a $170 rescheduling fee. Will not be returning.

Extremely disappointed. I had a good experience here for about a year. I stopped taking the medication that was prescribed to me by this psychiatrist because I didn’t like the effects that it had on me. I was OK for a substantial amount of time until seasonal depression hit and I started to take a medication that was prescribed to me previously, and it had been working wonders. As I was getting close to running out of medication, I made an appointment for a refill. I had plenty of time to get a refill before I ran out when I made the appointment. I understand life happens, which is why I didn’t get upset when the first appointment I made was canceled. But I was already going to be going a few days without medication at the second appointment that they scheduled but then canceled. So I asked multiple times if I could see a different psychiatrist in the interim or if she could write a prescription for my medication, which is not a controlled suspense or anything that needs counseling. I was refused the prescription without having an appointment even though I tried to come into the office and tried telehealth. A supervisor never called me after multiple messages were sent. And I was told that if I need the medication I could go into the emergency room or go to my primary care doctor. Clearly there’s no compassion from this doctor because getting into a primary care takes about three months in this area and she wasted a month of my time canceling appointments thankfully I’m not in crisis, but to cancel appointments for someone who is stating that they want to continue their medication for mental health is extremely dangerous in my opinion. I can’t even fathom why she would want to take on that liability.

If you have ANY other option, take it: My therapist referred me to this location as one that took my insurance and had availability to be treated for severe depression and adhd. In my first session, my psychiatrist told me that "talking to me was like pulling teeth". I reminded her of the severe depression for which I was seeking treatment. Appointments are rare and hard to come by, usually 6-8 weeks out. Twice they cancelled my appt the day before, leaving me on experimental meds with no check in for 3 months. At one point, they called me to confirm cancellation of service that I did not request. Turns out they confused me for a patient of a similar name, and seem to have mixed up our files. After expressing some frustration with my caregiver about the difficulty of getting ADHD meds, and having messages lost in the indful health solutions communication portal, she said "You know every time we meet you have a compaint? Maybe we can do without that." Don't go to them if you intend to advocate for yourself or expect good service. On our last and 6th meeting, she asks me "Ok and tell me about the adhd medication. I reply "As I have mentioned in each prior session, I don't like the side effects - " at which point she cuts me off to tell me she sees 300 patients a month and my attitude is unhelpful and to drop the "as I have mentioned." She also accused me of being lazy when I coudn't navigate their portal system to review her responses to my texts. I get that healthcare in America is in a crisis generally, and that coverage is abysmal and service is unaavailble and so there's no incentive to improve service... but it HAS to be better than this. Id you have ANY other option (I don't) go anywhere else.

Jeremey showed me the utmost customer service and respect on our phone call today. I am glad you guys have Jeremy on your team.

I enjoyed talking to the doctor great bedside manner. I highly recommend him

I scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance, just to be told 4 days before my appointment was scheduled that the providers schedule changed and the next appointment is in March. They gave me 3 providers I could go to instead. 2 of them are not testing for ADHD and the other is a straight-up scam. I needed this appointment to get accommodations, and I just got completely screwed and essentially told to go screw myself and find somewhere else on my own. Words cannot describe how utterly ridiculous and upending this was.

I had a fantastic appointment with Faith. She really took her time, even though we went past the time scheduled for the appointment. She really went the extra mile and made sure I was comfortable with all of her recommendations. She really made me feel like I could trust her, which is very hard for me to do, especially with doctors.

The office staff was very friendly. The provider was thorough and did not rush through my visit. I look forward to continuing my care with this office.
