I have 9 failed/denied charges to my bank account from Sonoran Sun Wellness. They JUST sent me 3 invoices (2 invoices are the same invoice # and same appointment) they are trying to double charge me for the same invoice as reflected in my email and bank account denied charges. The invoices they continuously try to charge me for are from OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER of 2025. It’s January? I had my card on file the entire time I was seen by one of your providers. I have paid my copay every time. I no longer have the same insurance and my insurance only changed after I discontinued seeing my provider. Fraud/bad accounting to continuously try to charge my previous card for October and November invoices without my consent and charging me 2 times for the same old invoice. Do not recommend. Surprise charges and double charges don’t make any client happy.
