Very easy to open up. Helps me feel at ease. My depression and anxiety is extremely hard for me to deal with. Harmony makes me feel like we can work on finding me a better place.

Their service is outstanding, the Doctors are very attentive, thorough and professional. I generally avoid Dr’s because I have had many bad experiences. When I started working with Harmony’s Dr’s it wasn’t at all what I was expecting. Though I can’t speak for every Dr there, Christopher Easton has been great.

The office is very nice, and the convenience of telehealth appointments is wonderful. I wish that you had an office closer to the Barboursville area!

After over a decade of searching for a place where I am seen and heard for who I am and not what I struggle with… I finally found it here, at Harmony, with Zachary Moore. Highly recommend.

I was a patient of Shelia McBride. She is amazing. Helped me a lot. Truly wonderful person and great at her job. I appreciate her so much and everything she did. The office however is terrible. Several weeks ago I received two bills. I called the billing office several times trying to figure out if they went through my insurance, they couldn't find my account. It's a third party and they are super unhelpful. They tell me to wait for the bill. I said I already paid the bill, they still can't find me I ask to speak to the office manager, they can't transfer so I call back and leave a message. No return call. A couple weeks ago by. Another withdrawal from my bank but they still cannot find my account. Of course I was told they would only use auto withdrawal for a no show but close to $600 later I found out that wasn't the truth. So I call and ask to speak to the manager. I am told she is a meeting but will call back after. Several hours go by and no call back. Call up there again, she left for the day. Cool. Ask if anybody I can talk to about my bills....nope. So I won't be going back.
