TMS NW — Ketamine Clinic in Vancouver, WA

When I was about to start treatment, I was told that it would be $10 a day with my insurance. As I had only a couple treatments left of the 36, I was told it would be $40 more per visit. (My bad, I should have looked further into my insurance benefits). I was told I had a balance of somewhere around $930 or something like that. Paid $300, so I should have had only a balance of maybe 700-800 at most since I had one more 5 minute check in appointment. When I finally had enough money to pay, they charged my card $1,200 and when I asked why, I got absolutely no response. Edit: Finally got a response. I guess the extra charge is because of insurance. However, I still feel like I should have been informed on what the true payments would have been. Instead of finding out on my last visit. $200-$350 charged to insurance EVERY day is insane.

The staff is friendly and helpful. TMS was the best choice I made to treat my major depression.

I was taking effexor and trintillex for depression. My doctor recommended "unconventional means" of treatment. Long story short after 6 -8 treatments of spravato my depression has been cured for 3 years now. No more "happy pills" depraving me from living out my youth. I highly recommend Spravato for those who have had countless SSRIs that leave them feeling like a "robot, zombie or numb".

First time at Tms NW suffered depression,anxiety and stress I slept a lot and took naps everyday nothing was working till I started TMS treatment after 3rd treatment stopped taking naps after 2 weeks everyone started asking what’s wrong they hadn’t seen me this happy in a long time thank you Tammy , Brandie and staff and especially Emma who put up with me everyday for 30 mins and helped me through the treatment and changed my life thank you so much

Going to tms treatment has been really beneficial to my bf. He suffers from a TBI and Julia has been his therapist. She is amazing. Always listens to what my bf has to say, and has always helped him the best way possible. She is an amazing person. We thank her so much for all the help she has given

I've been going to TMS NW for years. Everyone who works there is so great and friendly, but the people I see at each appointment, Natascha and Corey, are especially awesome. Natascha always makes me smile and calms me down, and Corey remembers what I talk to him about and asks me about it later. Plus, the whole space is so relaxing, from the lighting to the music playing in the lobby. I usually dread appointments, but not these. Don't be afraid to schedule an appointment here.

This is my first time at TMS NW and I was very pleased with my experience. Julia let me have three extra weeks of TMS which made a huge difference in my depression and anxiety scores . I saw Emma throughout the course of my treatments and she is lovely . She supported me during our daily sessions and is very understanding. If I ever need more TMS sessions, I would love for Emma to be my technician again .

Natasha and Brendan are PHENOMENAL. I was very nervous about treatment, but Natasha goes above and beyond to make this place run and feel like a safe place. By the time I finished treatment, I was sad, because I got so used to seeing her smiling face. 10/10, all of these people care about you and your mental health. That within itself made it far easier to get out of the house and go to treatment. Thank you all for helping change my life.
