This clinic is amazing! They have worked with my daughter who has advanced CRPS for more than a year. With their help and treatment, she has gone from almost completely bedridden from pain, to walking without a cane most days! The doctors and staff are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!

The folks here have been phenomenal. I have had a few treatments and have had amazing results. The have always been professional and treated my needs with care. The truly amazing thing is what they have done for my wife. She suffers from CRPS and was "circling the drain" to use a common term. The treatments here have improved her quality of life and prolonged it well beyond what our doctor expected. This review is beyond past due. They saved my life. I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome that aggressively spread throughout my body. I lost the ability to walk, I lost over 100 lbs in a year, and I was giving up. The treatment I received, and continue to receive from them saved my life. I was told I was going to die a year ago, that I wouldn’t see another holiday. Now, my pain is mostly managed, and not only am I walking, but I am dancing for my son again! Prism deserves so much more of a review than these words, but google only allows so many characters. Their full review will be posted in detail once completed (CRPS still makes me very slow to complete things, but at least now things are getting done)! I love all of the providers here. Not a complaint to be had other than I wish I lived closer lol! Thank you, all of you, for saving me.

My experience with Prism Ketamine and Dr. Pheysey was very positive. I came with hopes of getting help with severe chronic pain and the depression that comes with that. I felt safe, cared about, encouraged and supported! Dr. Pheysey is a very kind person and I felt like he was being truthful with me. I had 6 sessions, and this week I am walking much better, so I am able to be up more. I have felt more at peace inside, and not as anxious. I really feel this has helped me. Insurance doesn't pay for me, but the prices are so low here compared to other places in Washington, and if this continues to help it is a bargain! I give Prism Ketamine Therapy a thumbs up, and definitely a 5+!

My 21 year old took his own life in April. This earth shattering loss has left me trying to learn to live with a grief that is indescribable. Ketamine therapy has given me hope when I wanted to die too. It's given me a little peace when my soul felt crushed with the loss. And it's given me a little energy to do everyday tasks that seem impossible most days. I feel a little better for longer after each session so I need them less frequently. All of my sessions have been 100% reimbursed by my health insurance and it's easy to submit a claim online. It's not a cure-all. I've had to be intentional in my healing process. Seeing my PCP and doing counseling, and grief therapy. I honestly may have given up on life if I didn't find out about ketamine therapy when I did.

This place is PURE profit over protecting patients lives. They have 0 insurance acceptance (they will make you pay upfront and give you a superbill to send to insurance which is denied immediately) so they get your money that way too. They have no options for financial or sliding scale fees. Place is a JOKE. We don't need more crooked doctors selling ketamine injections at absurd prices. Ketamine is such an inexpensive drug for doctors to order, yet they charge you 120x the cost of the vial of ketamine for 1 little intermuscular injection. Absolutely profit over patients lives.

I've struggled with depression for several years and I wasn't getting any relief from pills. In fact, in some ways, pills made things worse. Ketamine therapy has been EXTREMELY helpful in affecting how I feel and how I act towards my family and loved ones. I'm so much calmer and so much softer towards any stressor or anxious situation in my life. I wish this was more affordable and available to the average person's budget, but you have to consider what price you might be willing to pay to become a nicer, softer, friendlier, more patient and kind, and far less depressed. I strongly encourage anyone who suffers from difficult anxiety and/or depression to give it a try. The first words out of my mouth after my first treatment was, "Wow, that was impressive!" My relationships with wife and kids is SO much better, I barely get angry or short-tempered anymore. That, for me, is priceless!
