Synapse Ketamine | Treatment For Depression, Anxiety and PTSD — Ketamine Clinic in Richmond, VA

I have been receiving Ketamine Treatments through Synapse Ketamine since January 2024. I suffer from Treatment Resistant Depression, PTSD, and Anxiety. I have tried numerous medications and other treatments; however; the Ketamine Treatments have benefited me more than any other treatments that I have received in over 30 years. Dr. Britt Beasley is a caring and excellent psychiatrist. Dr. Beasley and his caring staff are very knowledgeable in Ketamine Treatments.

I hate to be that person because I never received treatment and can’t speak on that portion, but it was like pulling teeth to get my infusions canceled and refunded despite it being pitched as an easy process. I canceled with ample time to still get a refund, and it took almost a month of me calling and pestering them to actually reverse the $3,000 back onto my credit card. Every time I got them on the phone they told me it had already been initiated and to wait 10+ business days. Today I couldn’t take it anymore and called capital one and it took me doing that for the charge to finally be reversed. Come on guys, this is a new and still taboo type of treatment, don’t add scammy vibes on top of that.
