My experience so far has been great! I appreciate that they provide a blanket and sweets to curb the gross after taste from the Spravato. Pradivha is super kind and respectful.

I have found this practice to be amazing! The office staff is polite and always helpful. I’ve had a seamless experience with appointments and billing. I have worked with Dr. Kathleen Martens for about 2 years. She is quite remarkable, with a kind and caring disposition. With comforting listening skills, she is able to give priceless insights. As well, she offers encouraging and practical approaches when working with her patients. Her instincts, education and experience in the field are of benefit to her patients. I feel incredibly blessed to have landed safely during my first experience with therapy. Also, I love the convenience of having virtual sessions.

I have been a patient of this practice for 3 years. The therapy I have received from Mrs Martens has allowed me to develop healthier coping strategies, build resilience and find meaning when my life seemed devoid of purpose. Dr Martens has patiently listened to me for countless hours, guiding me to start envisioning my future beyond the loss of my daughter. She has always provided a safe space for me to process my feelings. Beyond the quality of care, I also would like to point out the flexibility that they have granted me with appointments. The office has always been responsive and caring.

Kathleen Martnes is one of the greatest therapist there. She's very professional and knowledgeable of what she's doing.

It can take a few tries to find the right fit with a therapist but I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Marten. She is very easy to talk to - a genuine and caring person. She isn’t at all judgmental but is simply a good listener who offers sound and practical advice. The MyPsychiatrist organization is very efficiently run as a whole with scheduling being a breeze and any questions being answered promptly. Wholly recommend!
