I have had a great experience with this practice. Nurse Jenny is sympathetic and listens well but is also direct and does not waste my time. Nurse CJ is similarly sympathetic and works with insurance companies to get coverage for difficult medications such as Spravato. Finally, Melinda works the scheduling and measurement of vitals aspects in a friendly and efficient manner. I am glad to have found this group.

I found Jenny to be very attentive. She was capable of pointing out some facts to my 97 yr old Mom without offending her. Miraculously my mom, who has cognitive decline, has remembered some of those facts. Mom and I both felt she was warm and caring.Her treatment decision today was spot on and I am so appreciative.

I have never encountered such insolent service!! First of all, my mother received filler from the nurse practicioner who prescribes mental health medications and the receptionist was telling her how fabulous she looked when you could barely tell. Secondly, I have dual insurance and not only should I not have been billed, but I am due a refund. This practice is crooked period and I plan to get a refund!! Do not trust Miss Furlough!
